That's a massive reach.Amad made all the wrong decisions today. Stupid from ETH to play him when the lad lost his mother yesterday.

What? Mount has probably been our best player.
Ten Hag's philosophy of "let's stick with a winning team" might make sense except the team that started against Fulham didn't win the game.
We had to make a lot of subs at 0-0 to win the game.
Effectively the starting 11 were rewarded for a 0-0 draw against Fulham and the subs having to come on and rescue them.
Garnacho, Zirkzee are the only players who have scored or assisted this season, they should have been in contention to start today.
And obviously we didn't buy De Ligt to watch Harry Maguire play football.
Not a very high bar thenAgreed. Martinez still looks leggy, Maguire has been poor, Mazraoui has been average and Amad has disappointed. Casemiro not precise with his passing, but Mainoo, Dalot, and Mount have all been really good. Bruno OK, Rashford better than last match, especially tracking back.
Great post to reply to that ridiculous comment with, very goodYea, I heard Ten Hag shout "leave it" to Maguire when that cross was coming in. Think Ten Hag also screamed "boo!" at Amad during his two big moments.

Please don't say that three times in the mirror as he will end up coming on.Lordy. I'm starting to miss Antony.
But still behind
Imagine Liverpool starting Joe Gomez ahead of VVD because Gomez had a good game in Van Dijk's absence. Our best defender against Fulham, perhaps
I am in holiday but also streaming the game , saw some bits but I can't tell, is Brighton dominating as the stats show we had more possession and more shots and so on?
We are far too slow, we’ve been like this for years. It’s our biggest problem that’s holding this team back. We have players for a fast flowing team but we refuse to play that way.Is it me of we seem a bit lethargic. Need so more energy there or is it all these little pulls and pushed disturbing the play that’s being ignored completely by the ref???
Good.Zirkee coming on
Not great as an attacker though. Not getting the Mount slander. One of our better players in that half.
You just know that if we win it'll be Ten Hag's brilliance for keeping the same lineupImagine Liverpool starting Joe Gomez ahead of VVD because Gomez had a good game in Van Dijk's absence.
Where did he play for Sunderland? Was it mainly as a right winger? Or was it as a 10 behind the striker? And to think last season everyone was crying for Amad to start games, he’s been awful today
Amad could also have done a lot more for their goal. He should have identified that our defenders were outnumbered, but instead he just stood there. He only started moving when it was far too late.

We were in control but couldn’t produce some attacking play to save our lives.Been pretty good so far. We haven't been that bad, Played some nice football but all for a lack of a player dealing with a situation in front of him. Score line is not what we want but some positives, Dalot, Martinez, Kobi and Mount.
Mount looks a different plaayer to what we seen last year.
People on here have their scapegoats in advance, no matter what. I am still laughing when people blamed Onana for Dalot's mistake. Hilarious stuff. What? Mount has probably been our best player.
Same hereThough Mount had a decent half personally.
A 'nothing' cog in a 'nothing' attacking setupNot great as an attacker though.
