Can't really have a go at Martial, he's getting less support than Jeremy Corbyn does from mainstream media.This game is all about keeping us from getting trashed, while resting a few key players. If we snatch a win - great.So far it has been a tactical masterclass from Jose in defence you have to give him that. With all the injury issues, with youth players like Tuanzebe playing great against Alexis and keeping him honest think we're doing a great job.
Attacking wise think there is a lot to be asked and Rashford/Pogba on to stretch the defence would give us the win. Like what I've seen so far it's a solid game given all issues we had with the team.Front line has been poor.
Micky,Mata,Rooney and Martial need to do better if we are to get anything from this.

Yep, hopefully we can wait until 65-70min as Pogbar has played a lot of games and we need him to be fit.
If we play open, they will tear us open. We need to keep this shape and scoreline then bring on Rashford and Pogba later in the 2nd half and go for it.
Because we've been so defensive. When we get the ball to counter, everyone, apart from maybe Martial, is behind the ball.
Instead of having Mata and Mki to track the wing backs, I'd get them to press the centre backs, thus making it harder for Arsenal to get out.
At the moment, Arsenal centre backs have loads of time to either progress with the ball or get their heads up and pick out a pass.

I think the setup is fine too. They are pinning us back partly cause we allow them to which is sensible to me. Committing too much with Sanchez, Welback, Ox and Ramsay running against our defense would be asking for more trouble.

Martial was always going to be isolated in this game, but instead of holding the ball and waiting for support, he decides to run in to brick walls as if he is superman. He should be on the shoulder of the last defender ready to blitz them when we get the chance to counter, which he has done at times, but not nearly enough. He keeps getting caught deep when we counter.
Rashford is a far more natural center forward and would offer more in my opinion.
Micki and Mata are playing more as full backs.
