Can someone please explain to me why on the official website it says all tickets for the WBA game have been sold but tickets still aren't available on viagogo?

Did you ever get to the bottom of this mate? Heard a few complaints about this. And shit loads of empty seats yesterday too.
My initial thought as to why the club weren't allowing Viagogo to sell tickets for the West Brom game was because there were still matchday hospitality tickets on sale and the club were hoping to boost demand for them. However, all hospitality packages sold out just over a week ago so I really haven't got a clue why Viagogo weren't allowed to put tickets on sale earlier this week. It wouldn't make any sense if it was Viagogo who decided not to sell them would it? A mystery.
I didn't think there were that many empty seats btw. No more than usual for a Saturday 3.00pm kick-off in the last few seasons anyway.
It always used to be the case that it was the midweek matches where occupancy rates were so low. Now Saturday 3pms? As low as 80% for some league matches in the last couple of seasons. It's disappointing.
