Tier 1:

Lodi may leave Atleti.

He is looking for prominence and to get to the World Cup in the best possible way: he is not a priority for Simeone.

The 'rojiblancos' would accept a paid loan with option/obligation to buy.

Nottingham and Nice have asked.

Translation:

Atleti are open to letting Lodi leave on a €5m paid loan.

It remains to be determined whether the purchase would be mandatory.

The Brazilian wants minutes to arrive well at the World Cup and Cholo cannot guarantee it.

Reguilón is among the candidates to replace him.

€82.5m exuding bonuses. With bonuses it will make this deal the most expensive for a defender in history.

I’m seeing differing reports on this. Some say the initial fee is less than £70m. But most reports agree that including all the add ons it’s a world record fee for a defender.

AC Milan are set to earn 4-5 million Euros via a sell-on clause in the Lucas Paqueta deal, which they will use fund for a new player (possibly Bordeaux's Onana?).

To get those add ons we will need to win the CL or the PL again. At that point nobody would complain about the fee.

Another major Forest signing coming up (Tier 1):

Renan Lodi, to Nottingham. Paid transfer of 5 million [Euros] and NON-obligatory purchase. The agreement between the Brazilian and the English club is still pending.
Agreement between Nottingham Forest and Atlético for Lodi, as Gustavo Hofman has advanced.

The formula is €5M for the loan + €30M purchase for next season. Now the Brazilian player's agent will negotiate with the English club.
