No issue with no buy-back on Adnan. Shows a bit of steel on his part (for once in his young career) and also, I never expect him to break through and be a truly top player. West Ham or similar level at best, but I reckon probably even lower than that - French Ligue 1 side or something, but nobody of note, one of the standout players at that club.

Yup

But what are we going to do ? It is not like we have many alternatives. Everton will want similar money for Lukaku, Torino are asking release clause for Belotti. No matter who we buy, we are just getting fleeced. If it is true that Aubameyang isn't off to PSG, I guess we could try to go for him altough I don't think he will work out for us (Dortmund players never seem to really work out here) and he won't be much cheaper aswell.

Juve paid €90m for Higuain. I that respect I could live with paying €90m for Morata if he is really the kind of striker that Mou wants.

Concerning Mbappe, Real is getting him no matter if we decide to pull the plug on Morata or not.
Oh no, i'm not saying we should pull out, they just irk me. I think partly because we didn't spend like we should have when we were the dominant force in English football (just as Madrid are doing now) it makes it all the worse. I think we should pay whatever they ask for Morata and any of Jose's targets. We need to get back to the top and we can't afford (no pun intended) to take the morale high ground when it comes to transfers any longer.

Not sure after spending £56 million that really improves Everton much, sure they'll spend alot more yet though given they'll be getting £120 million + for Lukaku and Barkley.

Inter still asking for 50m while United is not pushing their offer for more than 35m pounds.

This deal has become boring.

Based on the Caf reaction, it always was.

Pickford and Klaasen will improve them.
Time will tell, but I always thought Stekelenburg was a good keeper, and Pickford whilst promising could go either way yet, Klaasen of course looked good for Ajax, but how many times do Dutch league players bomb out in the prem, also they will likely be losing their best two players, alot of work to do for them yet imo.

I think that indicates Mbappe is unlikely to go anywhere this summer.
Maybe but they still have lots of options including playing with a single striker. Germain only had 1 year left and Monaco always operates with rational economic decisions. They renewed Falcao, still have Carillo + academy prospects and are rumoured to want Batshuayi on loan.
