Wow. I think you've just replaced that NoBrainNoClue fella in regards to the worst post ever. It's laughable that you could even think to call Zlatan overrated. You realise that he's been the catalyst and best performer most every club he's been at and won the league in almost every country he's played in? He's won a championship with 6 different teams in four different countries. 254 goals in 443 Games says you're full of shit.
That's even before we address the absolute cretinous, cuntery in regards to The King. I've mentioned the word catalyst already but never before has it been so apt, than when talking about Eric Cantona. He took a team of also rans and galvanised them into a truly great side. His arrival set in motion a chain of events that turned us into the most dominating team of the premiership era and he helped guide a bunch of promising youngsters in to one of the all time great club sides. The premiership may have seen players with better stats but there's never been a character so big, a player with more natural swagger and charisma and player so important to one clubs success as King Eric. You need to have a fecking word with yourself and sort your life out.

 Very good

Might be a bit biased being swedish myself and having followed his career closely, but he's possibly the most entertaining footballer i have ever watched, right up there with Zidane and Cantona. I have been promoting the similarities with Cantona for years. Would love him here, even if only for a season, he would probably win us the league as he usually does for his teams.

I've said earlier that it might be too late now because i want Rooney to be the undisputed numero uno striker. But i can cope with another season with him in midfield. Zlatan won't decline as a footballer for many years still, he's not dependant on speed and he's strong and fit as feck. He would destroy the media too haha.

Stan the man wants to give Zlatan a man hug.

Is there any good gifs/vids of others doing the same to him? Can't imagining him taking the jokes as well as he dishes them out.

I can make some tomorrow. Plus some more funnies and goals people might not have seen.

Very nice goal. Ibra seems like a player that would have been an obvious Ferguson signing. It's really strange how we never went for him back in the days when he was going for around £20m. It doesn't seem right that he's playing in Ligue 1 and his move to France seems premature. Would have loved to see him play in England.

Ibrahimovic could have been like Cantona was for us in the 90s (never seen Cantona play :nervous:).

I do love Zlatan, has moments of absolute brilliance but can be very lazy and is extremely high maintenance. I do love him though, the footballing world would be a boring place without characters like him.

Not directly to the refs but complaining about them and most importantly for saying that France is a shit country out loud.
No, rephrase it. He said he felt sad for the country that they had to put up with the shit refereeing.

Edit: Actually he said shit country but that's clearly not what he meant. Brain fart.

“I spoke about football. I lost the game, I accept that, but I can’t accept when the referee doesn’t follow the rules. It’s not the first time and I’m sick of it. My sincere apologies if anyone was offended, or took it the wrong way.”

Video of the incident in the link. He tore the ref a new one: "Fecking asshole".

Whether he meant it or not doesn't matter for the old people who manage the footballing institutions. He quickly apologized because he knew he crossed a certain line with them but it didn't help.

Of course. Not saying he doesn't deserve the punishment, he slipped up.
