Exactly. You can see him look up and assess the situation before he shoots. He's a genius. A bottling genius maybe but still a genius.

Some goal, he really is a fecking GOD in that league. Reckon he'd be great in England too, he loves the physical stuff, saying that, if I was him then I'd never leave Serie A again, it just works so well for him.

Great goal though. I'm a bit baffled as to where he found the power to release it like that, given his angle and position. Even more so with his weaker foot.

They both capable of crazy things like that goal, but overall I'd have to say Ibrahimovic is better, and thats coming from a huuuuuge Berba fan. He's got more to him than a good touch and good possession play. He's much faster and more direct, plus his shot is much better. Not afraid to get stuck in and rarely goes down, which can't be said about Dimitar. Ibra does tend to work harder but he's to keen to shoot sometimes in the hope of pulling off something like that, whereas Berba is more patient and will wait for his chance. Personally I dont know which is the better trait. Berbatov is a better playmaker but as goalscorers go Ibrahimovic is better, which is what forwards are primarily judged as.

This deal must been the best deal Milan did so far this century. I wonder what the people in Barcelona must be thinking. There's no doubt Ibrahimvic is among the top 3 strikers in the world.

Well the tempo in the Italian league is the slowest tempo of play you'll find anywhere across the continent so CL games are probably a step up in intensity for him and the Italian sides. The tactical approach in CL makes it more difficult for the mavericks like Ibra and Berba to shine. Defences are more compact and focused on nullifying the opponent and all the flair player's than most games are in domestic leagues. The quality of defenders is also higher than you're average Serie A/Premier League journeyman centre-half or full-back.

Overall it's just a harder competition to find space in and to express yourself. Some player's have the quality personnel around them and mental strength to do so, I don't think Ibra has either(even Inter were a more defence-orientated side and his time at Barca in the CL was mainly on the bench). Berba for his part is rarely called upon in the CL.
 
It's getting ridiculous I've seen Ibrahimovic about 5 times live and 20 full live games on TV. He's been crap in all of them even if he got two v Arsenal in 2010).
 
What the hell is it with all the hype with this guy? Anyway we'll probaly see more of him if he turns up at Citeh. What a great match they'd be for each other.
