Strengthening the area of the pitch Arsenal really don't need to strengthen. Some full backs, wingers and another goalscorer as well as a centre back, keeper and manager is needed before Cabaye.
Do they really need that type of player? They've already got Cazorla, Arteta, Wilshere, Rosicky and Ramsey.

Wilshere should'nt be expected to be playing every game as he will most likely break down aswel.
They still need an extra body or two in the middle of the park.
We need a CM but please no. Kondogbia or Pogba please.
I can't see Wenger paying what Newcastle will want for Cabaye.

Why would Pogba come to Arsenal? Juve can match any wage Arsenal will be willing to pay for him, and are currently a better team. And Pogba's getting loads of game time for them.
He's not a bad player, nothing special but Arsenal possibly could do with a midfielder for squad depth and he shouldn't be too expensive and has experience in the Premier League.

Ah, hadn't heard that. I wouldn't put much stock in it though - you hear it about almost every prominent black player in Italy at one time or another and they almost never actually leave.
So could Juve. The fact is that they barely had to offer him anything to nab him off us - the promise of playing time was what he really wanted. For such an important player Juve can certainly match anything Arsenal's current wage structure will offer.

I expect Pogba will be back in the Premier League at some point, but it'll be at a sugar daddy club - probably City due to his history with us. With his agent then I'd be amazed if Arsenal was the best he could do money-wise. But if he were to leave Juvi now then I'd have PSG as the favourites for him anyway.
A £10m bid for Cabaye? Surely Arsenal don't expect that to be anything other than laughed at?

Judging by the bid and what will happen this season, he is probably right..
