Thanks. You're not far off the number needed so you should be okay. Watched someone say it is easier when your party is facing forwards.

The lack of moving in space or flying around on planets surface is disappointing but I don't know if any of that could be improved with mods @Redlambs?
Unfortunately it's doubtful. It depends on how they've handled the map loading elements and all that, but going by the technical limitations we do know about I highly suspect there's just no actual engine there to do anything with it. They are probably treating space like "dungeons" as it were, which means there's nothing outside of that to open up to. Also those planets are just flat assets, you'd need to model them fully which is clearly beyond the engine.
I'll know more tomorrow when I play it, but there's just some things you can't do. Well you technically can, but then it's less modding and more adding to the actual game which is a mammoth task.
I got it on a boss fight. It's easier with the single opponent I think because you don't have the different distances to adjust for. Ended up being the killing blow.
This game really is great so far, lots of little hidden things and the mini game, Wheels, is very addictive. I'm just done with Brisk the questline there; Yolande is hilarious.
Can't recommend this enough if you enjoyed early Square/Enix games like Chrono Trigger or Illusion of Time.

Alright Xboxers, I’ve got the Series S for about a month. What exclusive (wouldn’t have time for more than 1) aside from Starfield would you recommend to play? Seems these are the best ones

Halo Infinite was great, loved the campaign mode and the new open -world map (not very large but still a decent change from the usual linear gameplay of previous editions).
Get a load of this guy and his demand for exclusives. Maybe try Nintendo and Sony if you're into that sort of thing.
Yeah those are probably the best ones but maybe sack off Gears 5 unless you enjoyed the rest of the series. Same with Halo Infinite. Psychonauts 2 and Ori (both) are must plays IMO.

Tunic was interesting. I'm not sure it always worked for me as I didn't appreciate the difficulty spikes and preferred the puzzle/adventure aspects much more. The game wants to do a lot and I'm not sure it succeeds at everything.
I skipped the bosses for example and would recommend that if you just want to get through the game quickly (cue Redlambs grief in 3.. 2.. 1..)
I would start with Ori, the second game is excellent. The first is decent but dragged down by poor combat. I really enjoyed Psychonauts 2 but it's also available on PS, so considering your limited time window I would go for another exclusive, probably Hi Fi Rush (haven't played it but it looks great).

Oh I didn’t know Psychonauts was on Playstation as well. Ori and Hifi Rush seems the obvious best options then to pick from.
Well it's technically a "9th gen Xbox console exclusive", if you care about that sort of thing. You'd be playing the PS4 version on PS5 while the Series consoles have native versions.

Forza Horizon 5 is worth a try. It's more a driving game than a racing game. Lots of people who don't like racing games love Horizon. It might surprise you.
You have to give Flight Sim a try too. Even if you just auto pilot and fly around somewhere like Manhattan.
Tbh Forza and Flight Sim just aren’t my jam. Plus with Starfield I’m mostly looking for a game to switch things up in between. I’m a freak who loves playing 4 games concurrently on my PS
Tried half an hour of Gears and Ori. The former looks decent but the latter felt like a must play. Will play the opening of HF Rush too.

Yeah dude, only played the first one and didn’t complete it, got proper stuck and haven’t gone back to it as lost in Starfield now but I will definitely. Played lovely.

I'm intrigued by the game, might be something I check out eventually. I subbed to gamepass console for starfield this month, if there's some slack between when I'm done with that game and my gamepass end date I could see myself trying it.

Mate there will be people on here who pay more for this game alone than I have 3 years of gamepass. Its always time to gloat.
Stop making FFXVI jokes at my expense, they're 100% accurate and it's making me depressed.
On a serious note I will say that after subbing and going through the gamepass collection there are at least 8-10 games I'd give a shot to, including some that I probably wouldn't buy for more than $10-15 (Atomic Heart comes to mind) but am excited to try. I may even re-sub for a bit after I finish with Starfield and then Baldur's Gate.
