Xbox are buying ABK. The money to buy the publisher has been allocated to the Xbox division. They will fall under the control of Phil Spencer who is head of Xbox. If they lay off staff once they are brought it will be Xbox that lays them off.
Finally! Hopefully Sony gets back to concentration on games now (and PSVR2 games specifically - shutup), they been too preoccupied on this shit.

In the press release text on Microsoft's own website there is no mention of Xbox. Saying that Xbox is buying ABK is ludicrous.

As long as it has room around it and the door isn't closed, it should be OK. For general use it'll be fine anyway, but intense gaming you need the air.
Starfield will be a different beast though, especially at launch. There will be issues in performance and AMD stuff runs super hot especially CPU intensive tasks.
Like I say it's important to clean the machines too, dust gets everywhere. Believe it or not that goes double for people who vape, as the oil fumes can and will be sucked into electronics.
