Just flicked over and saw this bloke singing, he was actually quite good. Although breaking down at the end was a bit weird.

No fecking way. Matt's rendition was outrageously good, note perfect, and completely faultless. David Cook's version was quite good but Matt's version is better on a whole new level.
Managed to avoid being tortured with this tonight. Ended up watching Inception instead, which the girlfriend fell asleep half way through. I have no idea if that's ironic or not.
