Signings by ten hag

Centre half - 5’9
Striker - 6’6.
:D
My manager. Genius.

Why does people here have such a difficulty understanding that this is just a short-term loan? And for a short-term loan, are you guys seriously expecting Mbappe or Haaland? I swear to god the intelligence for the posters of this forum is getting lower and lower. I can't even deny it when opposition fans said that most Man Utd fans are braindead because all I have to do is visit this forum and I would have to agree with them. Can we have some basic IQ tests for people signing up to this place please mods?

Weghorst ticks all the boxes for what we want for a backup striker. It will only be a 6 months loan so his signing will not affect us trying to sign a good striker in summer. Even if it doesn't work out, he will be gone in 6 months anyway. The fact that so many posters here are against this means I am quietly confident that he will be useful for us. I mean, this place were moaning the whole fecking time when we were signing Bruno or even Martinez.

Exactly this!

Important to also note that before last season, his previous 3 seasons for Wolfsburg were 18 goals, 20 goals and 25 goals. Which isn't bad at all. He can be good if used correctly. Not a starter, but a hard working, target man impact sub for sure.
Exactly. I thought he looked useful for the Dutch team

Whatever anyone thinks, we may be in a title race if a few a results go our way. This is a very underwhelming move if true.

A fecking club with some ambition. Can’t wait to see the gimps gone
You know the answer. So why the hell you are so frustrated? I want felix as much as anyone. Maybe we are in for both. Atleast I hope so.

I’m not sure why anyone is surprised. Blame Ronaldo.

Its actually astute business for a short term loan. The guy works as hard as hell and provides something we lack. A striker on the bench.

I love this move. Smart signing for a small amount of money.

Why do we have so many fans who seem think we have unlimited funds? (who also complain about the Glazers at the same time)

If it's along with Felix then I'm all for it. Offers something different for us for a small loan fee. Just hopefully it's not an instead of Felix deal.

I think he’s alright to be honest. It’s not super exciting, but gives us a bit of something we don’t currently have.

The haters of this need to wake up to what's happening at United right now, if it was happening and the club was operating as normal, ie the Glazers taking their dividends and the not for sale sign still up, then it'd be reprehensible for sure, but the Glazers are selling up, and until then we have no money, so as a low budget zero risk signing, he's about as good as it gets.

Thought he was a bit of a shithouse in the World Cup, but I guess a short-term loan would be acceptable.

So nobody better, then

Last 2 1/2 seasons Ings has averaged 0.47 goals per 90 minues and Iheanacho 0.51 goals per 90 minutes, both in the Premier League.

Weghorst averaged 0.12 goals per 90 minutes at Burnley last season.

You have to blind if you can't see they are both better.

Imagine complaining about this transfer then suggesting Ings and Iheanacho

They are both better and actually outperform their xG.

Weghorst massively underperformed his xG at Burnley last season.
