Would you take Pogba back?

I really don't get the dislike for Pogba. We had the opportunity to play him more and we didn't. He decided he'd be better off at Juve so he moved. His decision has proven to be the correct one. What's wrong with moving to a club where you're better off?

It'd make us look really stupid if we signed him back now though and I doubt he'd be interested either. In the future? Why not. If he becomes a top player and he decides he wants come back then I'd be very happy to have him.

Nope. Wouldn't want his cnut of an agent orchestrating another Rooney like saga a few years down the line when he becomes a really good player.

Yes. He left because he wasn't getting the games to justify a pay rise, and it didn't look likely to change anytime soon. When i consider the injuries and inconsistency we had from most of the midfielders we had then, i can certainly understand Pogba's frustration.

Would Juve even sell back?

In any case, you shouldn't go back, especially when it ended like it did with Pogba.

That ship has sailed and I would not welcome it back

Without a shadow of the doubt. The moment he will step on Manchester, he would be our second best midfielder. He's exactly what we need at the moment.

Impossible to happen though.

This is the saddest thread I have ever seen on here. In a few weeks we'll have a top new midfielder and the trauma that Pogba has caused on the caf will finally be laid to rest. Pogba is a money grabbing whore who will demand juventus sell him to real madrid 2 years from now no matter how much juventus do to pamper him over the next couple of years. Pogba comes from the same school of loyalty as Luis Suarez....once we sign a new top midfielder....The P word will never again need to be mentioned on here

Didn't the top class midfielder we're currently after behave in a vaguely similar way?

I hear this excuse used by default by fans whenever a player leaves their club. I think his reasons for leaving have been well documented (and since validated), and according to most reports at the time, we offered more money than Juventus to him.

As for the Madrid bit, even if that did happen, he wouldn't be the first player unable to resist the lure. It is seen as the holy grail for practically every top footballer it seems, and if they want you, they will invariably get you.

Definitely. Although it's highly unlikely that it would happen with Fergie on the board.

All things considered before us right now, no.

But if there were a way to rewind the clock, I wish Fergie had found a way to make it work for Pogba to remain a United man.

I doubt he'd be against it if the player wanted to join. Maybe require a change of agent though... Thing is Pogba was a very young man when he left us and young people make mistakes.

Doesnt matter though because Pogba is happy and Juventus and probably wouldnt even consider leaving for us right now

No he isn't. He gets paid (according to all rumors) 1m for year at Juve (20k per week) and according to any rumor we have heard we either were willing to pay that or even more.

Doesn't get picked in Midfield ahead of two defenders and a shit winger.
Say he want's to leave to play first team football.
Walks into the Juve team.
Is now a money grabbing cnut.

Yeah. OK. Tinted specs at the cafe's most bitter finest.

Nope, I don't appreciate his attitude, plenty of equally good or better talent available.

I would accept him back, in the end he left because he wasn't getting enough game time. Never going to happen, at least not in the next couple of years

No. He's the type that will move from team to team, always looking for the next cash score.

To be fair, he made a good move

He's a first teamer there (and he won't be a first teamer with us, not with SAF around hanging with Scholes.... not that it is a bad thing), probably got a slightly better salary, and living in a nicer city.

Let's try to see it from his perspective.

He definitely made the right move from his own perspective, I dont think anyone can argue that. There might have been a more amicable way for him to leave though.

He was making the right noises before he met that agent. I've no problem a kid believing in his ability and I think (from outside) we should have played him and showed confidence in him. If he got rid of the leech, would take him back in a heart beat.

Yes, in 3-4 years he'd be ready to play first team football for United.

Yeah I can't understand what Juventus and France are thinking there...:)

Now dont be a dick. Tevez is a grown man and held up a sign that said RIP Fergie. Pogba is an immature kid its not the same thing. I personally wouldnt take him back because of his immaturity and agent but I wondered if others would.

He's 20 years old for feck sake. Not 8.

Passing it off as being "immature" is a total cop out, the guy is an arrogant wanker with a cnut of an agent.
