Usually with such heavy rotation we get far less cohesive. Today we looked really solid, and should have won more comfortably than we did.

Hard to not feel like we’ve turned a corner, even if false dawns have bit us in the arse so many times since Fergie left.

Really should be locking this thread for a while. Its adding nothing new now

If people still don't see the progress now, and the depth that he has created at the club, then it's just their bias talking.

I'd love to see him win trophies with us and have a long tenure here.

It’s nice to see the positivity though, all the Ole-outers go very quiet in this thread after a good result. Of course it will come back with a bang after the next loss/draw but for now it’s great.

I think I'm starting to believe in the man.

Embrace it bro.

First time in 10 more years feel like we got real firepower up front and options behind too.

The rebuild he done on that bit been top notch and now we look like we could scored at any time up front on the press or counter.

Was some barren years their since the great man left I'm properly enjoying watching us play now.

As someone said be bumps on the road and some bad results but feels like something close to a United team to me.

Hopefully he wins something. Our form from January apart from few home games has been pretty good. This thread can be locked till end of the season. He deserves to continue till the end of the season after this last 2 month.

I have changed my mind for the final time and it’s purely on the basis of the squad he has built.

Looking at where we were before he bought his first player, I was looking at the likes of City and thinking “they are miles ahead of us in terms of quality”

It’s hard to argue that now. We have a squad to compete with anyone and thats down to him. Tactically naive at times? Maybe. Learning in the job? Possibly.

But he has made us a serious team again with proper quality on the bench. Just a few years ago we had wingers at full back, Jones and Smalling, Lingard as a nailed on starter, and nothing on the bench in terms of midfield or attackers.

I think he deserves to stay for that alone. I just want him to do well because he is one of our own. It has been so rocky, so I understand any and all opinions and forgive myself for going back and forth. It’s been a trying time

But look at our team tonight, look at our bench tonight and look at our form right now. I have never enjoyed watching Man United as much since Ferguson retired, and I don’t think I wanted to admit that to myself until today. Ole In!

I notice the leading poster hasn't been back since calling Ole a coward for our starting line-up against Leeds.

Want him to finish the season regardless of what happens. Tis my philosophy.
He needs to win something to boost his own confidence me thinks, doesn't matter if it's Mickey Mouse cup.

I'm still in the camp of waiting till the end of the season and evaluate, but the comeback since City game has been really fun so far. Great job that we didn't collapse completely after such disappointment like say what happened in LVG second season.

Finish 2nd or 3rd and win a trophy and it'll be a solid season that will deserve another one.

We seem to be turning a bit of a corner. Ole deserves more time and the benefit of the doubt. Vote changed.

Give him the backing he needs, and lets see what happens. You'd be mad to be in here banging the Ole Out drum at this moment in time.
Fully agree. Let's just sit back and enjoy the football we've watched over the last couple months. The CL was a disappointment, but at least the games were entertaining! That's the big thing for me. 18 months ago, you didn't know where the goals were going to come from. Now it looks like we have the ability to go up a couple gears and blow teams away in 15 - 20 minute spells, with match winners all over the pitch.

Job well done professionally. Can't ask for more than that away from home against a good Everton team.

Every time I vote sack him, we go on a really good run. When I change my vote to keep him, we start to play mind numbing football.

I'm really tempted to change my sack him to keep him.. I know we will just go to shit when I do it. It's inevitable.

40%+ of people who have voted would seriously sack him at this point, utter stupidity!!
And about 80% of those would probably choose keep Ole until the end of the season and then re evaluate if that was an option but as it's not...

Then keep it on sack him! We all should be sack him then! That pressure causes him to raise his management.
He clearly reads your opinion about him!

Leicester is such an important game for Ole. I was in the out camp solely because of the rookie managerial mistakes being made and a poor level of coaching in parts but the squad is coming through it magnificently. If he gets us fighting on all fronts this season then his position at the club shouldn't be in doubt. We badly need a DoF to build on a foundation though.
I get more optimistic as the weeks go by but would like to see some total domination in a few more games to reignite that fear factor we used to have. We are looking decent lads.

When we lose he needs sacking with immediate effect, when we win he’s an incredible manager and we’re making exceptional progress. From what I can see it goes from one extreme to the other about four times a month.

I just think we need to be somewhat level headed about it all, he deserves the rest of the season certainly and we’ll see where we’re at when it’s all finished.

Pretty much my stance too. The club seem to be operating more sensibly with transfers under his tenure. I get the feeling Woodward has started to listen to the club scouts about younger prospects with potential and not get seduced by the marquee names. Sanchez should be the nail in the coffin of that approach.

It's an absolute disgrace this thread isn't even locked at this point. Nobody is saying hes the next coming of Fergie at all but he's not in any danger of being sacked whatsoever. Our form and league position is excellent.

He just so clearly is right for us.
Yeeesss. I can’t understand who is better fitted for us right now. Kloop and Pep are perhaps better managers in general, but I’m not sure they are better for us than Ole. Forget Nagelsmann and all the other unproven managers, included Poch.

Let’s stand together and enjoy the ride. Forget former discussions and doubt. Let’s be a big happy family. Unity makes us stronger:)

He’s proving every week that he is the right manager for us. He’s making the right tactical changes. This time, the right tactics using a largely rotated team against an Everton team set up with all first team players by Ancelotti. He’s been doing everything right. At the moment, everyone is performing. Even an unstable Pogba has hit form. We dominated today. Ole is teaching the players to have a winners mentality. Great work by him.

i keep asking for consistency, he’s starting to give us consistency! Please keep it up
