Kind of agree. We didn't win things because of the weakness in those positions that people want us to sign players. Strengthening the squad clearly is a 'year on year' given and why there is always transfers but for me like you say, if he got a tune out of those players plus an inform Sanchez, the team looks very different.

That we didn't get a wide player last summer was criminal, that it looks to be happening is unforgiveable. I don't know who's to blame for it but someone has to be, a LB and RW are such glaring weaknesses for us that it absolutely baffles me that nothing is being done to fix those positions.

Those above Jose do not care about wether we are challenging for the EPL title this season or not.
They, the owners, interest in United is purely financial. And as long as we make top 4, and qualify for group stage in CL, they make money.
