Will Mo Salah leave this summer?

He has history of kicking up a fuss if he really wants to leave. Don't think he'll do it this summer but if Liverpool aren't challenging for the title and make a deep CL run next season, he might want to jump ship while his stock is still high.

Does he have a buyout clause in his contract? Can't see any way Liverpool will agree to sell otherwise (short of a outrageous bid that cannot be refused)

It irks me that Liverpool and Spurs hold the two best strikers in the league, yuet are below us in the table.

The best scenario would actually be that this season turned out to be, by far, the best he ever had, culminating in a humiliating defeat in the CL final where he doesn't get a kick, then him performing worse and worse over the next two years before leaving for peanuts.

Fan fiction here at its finest!

If Liverpool smash Real and he has good world Cup Real will see him the eventual heir to Ronnie and come knocking, even if they win it they could dangle that carrot also.

Honestly don’t think he fits their profile.

Honestly don’t think he fits their profile.

It's not just their profile, Bale was earmarked as Ronnie's heir in the goalscoring stakes, then Neymar, it would be easier to get Salah, than Neymar from PSG. Plus he is 2nd or 3rd only to Ronnie in goalscored, Messi ain't coming so he would be a good choice. I think Salah would stay, but you never know.

Not a chance no

When has a player ever arrived at one of the biggest clubs in the world, had a truly amazing season and then left?
Even if the club we're referring to is Liverpool who do sell their best players. If he reproduces this seasons form next season then they may have a struggle to keep him in 12 months time but even then I feel it's more likely they'll get at least 2 more years out of him

Last one i can think of was Ronaldo when he left Barcelona in 97.

Personally I’d wait until he has another season. It might be harder for him next year.

No, the inevitable tug of war between them and Barcelona will happen next summer after another season with no silverware.

By that point he will be 27 and worrying about his only silverware being 2 Swiss Super league medals.

David De Gea says hola

If Real or Barca really pushed for him they'd get him. Wouldn't they of got him a few years back if it wasn't for the fax machine? Any South American or Spanish player will prefer Spain to England.

Well he might give up football altogether and try for the Olympic Diving team !:D

It’s a myth tbh. The real delay was navas not making his mind up until very late

Only PSG spend money with little regard and having for Mbappe and Neymar last season I'm not sure there is space for him.

Salah is worth probably £200m to Liverpool and arguably in that space in a currently hyper inflated market. That said that's £200m based on one season so would be too high a risk for most.

Another season of top level performances and Madrid/ Barca/ United/ PSG/ City will all consider it. No one else can afford him (based on spending preferences, as plenty of tight billionaires), even if they could attract him, e.g. Bayern/ Juve. United probably would rule it out, as both too costly and little chance of Liverpool selling to us and I'm sure would require a massive premium for them to sell to us.

Failure to qualify for next seasons CL may make him look elsewhere, but either way can't see Liverpool letting him go for at least another season.

The chances of him leaving is 0.1% if they do not win the CL - and 0% if they do. He is happy at Liverpool, especially if they win the trophy. Unlike Kane, he will actually get his hands on silverware - or at least see it in real life if they lose anf feel he is close.

Salah’s price is 200M and nobody would pay it after one season, especially when his marketability is so low. Let’s be honest, his marketing value is sub-zero just like Eriksen. If he delivers 30 league goals next season and they still don’t give him any trophies, he’ll leave just like Kane should.

He wont leave. He'll be there next year and hopefully people will have figured him out he gets about 6 goals.

Kane should leave spurs.
