He'd be a great fit for Barca. See him more in a Barca shirt than a Real one.
Damn, we renew Fellaini - they renew Salah.

Fellaini has a barnet Salah can only dream of.
Maybe Fellaini's renewal triggered Klopp to make a new contract signing..
"We must renew our own afro player!"
Let's hope he goes back to the Salah that couldn't finish his chances. Liverpool keep improving and it can't be long before they actually challenge for the title.
On the other hand, it's Liverpool so no worries.
Fabinho is a very ordinary player.Hoping them to fail is just sad really, but you are right. They are improving massively this season.
------------------NEW GK----------------
T.Arnold---Lovren---Van Dijk---Robertson
-------Fabinho---Henderson--Keita------
-------Salah-----Firmino------Mane------
That midfield combination with Keita and Fabinho can easily be mixed with Ox. They will be hard to beat.

Signed a five year deal. Close thread.
Saw this coming even before the season ends. There is no way he is going to leave.
They had release clauses in the new contracts, didn't they? Salah's new contract doesn't seem to have one.Suarez and Coutinho both signed a new contract under a year before they went to Barca
There's still hope!
Maybe not this summer, though.

I pray to Christ he’s a one season wonder.
What sort of logic is that? Sure he had a grand season last year and it was a heart warming tale but that's that now. Him and Liverpool can get fecked next season. But that would be sad for the football's perspective wouldn't it?
As a muslim I'm fond towards Salah. Best of luck for him next season.

I too wish him all the best, as a person and for all that the charitable work he has done. And I absolutely do not hate him. Come to think of it, I don't "hate" any football players, it's too strong an emotion to expend on people we don't even know personally. But I do hope his footballing prowess takes a dip and we can go back to laughing at the Scousers again. What he did off the field for his country and community is heartwarming.
I can't hate a nice person for the sake of football loyalty. Don't get me wrong, I hate Liverpool more than anything though.

What's more important than the starting line-up is the bench, it's the bench which killed their chances of winning a trophy more than the starting lineup.
With that starting XI they'l have Clyne, Matip, Klavan, Monero, Gomez for defence and Wijnaldum, Ox, Milner, Lallana, Solanke, Sturridge (maybe also Woodburn?) for attack and midfield.
In midfield they should be okay with Wijnaldum, Ox, Milner and Lallana but they are obviously weak in the winger and striker position only Lallana and Ox being decent cover (both play better in other positions though), Solanke is just not good enough and Sturridge will most likely leave. They surely need another winger and striker in the squad still.
How can you hate Liverpool and then wish their best play to repeat his form?
