Yeah Holloway confirmed he would miss it yesterday because of a deadleg, should be back for the next one.
 
How has he been doing since the transfer was announced? He has two games coming up this week. Hopefully will have time to watch him play.
 
From last night's 0-1 win over Derby:

  • Zaha is a statue who just wants ball to feet
  • Zaha 6 Crowded out. Movement lacking
  • Zaha, not even doubled up tripled up, big mistake because Bolasie ran riot. Paid no attention to him. Cant blame Wilf today
  • Zaha 6 Never got the ball, when he did he had 3 players round him

I hear he scored a wonder goal and assisted 2 goals as well.

There may be talent in this kid. Hopefully he can help us run riot over Real Madrid in 2017.

2017 has a better ring to it. Also it's probably going to be a while until we get them again. Also by 2017, Ronaldo won't be as good as he is now and Mourinho won't be there guaranteed. He might even lead us out.

lol, the way they were both behaving and bumlicking tonight, I wouldn't put it past them all being on the same side.
 
He's a little light in a tunnel of absolute shit, that happened today.

Very happy, he doesn't only make stepovers, all the time. Sense of teamwork is a good sign, especially in such young age.

He is lightening! Similar to Welbeck in terms of, despite both being quite lanky, they both gave strong upper bodies.

Very excited to see him for us next season. Reckon he'll be a starter for us within a couple of weeks of the season.
 
It's exciting watching raw players being taken on by our staff and watch them form into excellent footballers. Really looking forward to see what we can make out of Zaha.

Just showed quick feet to take it by the defender and put in a lovely ball that almost led to a goal.
