None of these things have even been announced. Fecking cretin.
It is quite something when scaling back policies to get to net zero and save our planet is considered a vote winner. Unelected with no mandate

UK’s GB News found in breach of impartiality rules
Daniel Thomas in London
GB News, the right leaning UK TV channel, breached impartiality rules by airing an interview of the British chancellor conducted by two of his fellow Conservative MPs, the country’s media watchdog has found.
Ofcom’s decision reflects growing concern over impartiality of media given the widespread use of politicians to present news and current affairs programmes, and especially by GB News, which is being investigated for six further potential breaches of impartiality.
Ofcom said the programme, presented in March by Esther McVey and Philip Davies, two sitting Conservative MPs, was “overwhelmingly reflective” of opinion within the party.
It featured a pre-recorded interview with Jeremy Hunt on the government’s economic and fiscal policies ahead of the Spring Budget.

He’s a moron and as self-serving as they come.
Indeed.
But you know that this announcement by Sunak will go down well with a lot of people who think that man made climate change is just a figment of the imagination of the so called green lobby.
And he knows this.
It is up to Labour to call this out for what it is..... the last roll of the dice by a morally bankrupt and increasingly desperate Tory government.
Honestly, I really didn't think that they would stoop so low.
Rushi Sunak. The man of the people. My hero...
They’ve exhausted the demonisation of migrant boats in the channel, environment is the logical next thing on the list. And I’m quite confident he’ll personally profit from diluting carbon measures while doing so.
And sunak was meant to be the golden boy, the future of the Tory partyI think it’s crazy that every time a Tory speaks, I think they’re the worst of the bunch. Listening to Sunak, I can’t even decide if he’s the worst of the bunch. Yesterday, I thought it was Truss…days before, Braverman, months before, Boris.
A party from hell.
My God. When Ford are calling out Sunak for abandoning his environmental targets, you know we're in big trouble.
Hopefully, please, God, this prevents Starmer from doing something equally stupid.
And sunak was meant to be the golden boy, the future of the Tory party
Predictable. One state party now. What divides the two at this point? feck all imo.
Labour would do the exact same, or something.Richie Rish has decided to scrap the energy efficiency taskforce...absolute cretin this man.

To be fair there's a big difference between carrying something out and undoing it. I do hope that Labour voters don't go into Full Cnut mode like some Tory voters have, which has just emboldened their MPs into showing their true colours.
Labour won't challenge it. But when they get in, they also won't challenge it imo. It's like expecting Trump to turn liberal after being elected. What they're doing now is a concerted establishment effort. The Tories are speaking the completely honest establishment line (this is what ruling class, whatever the rank, actually plans to do). Labour will protest as they have and then merely do precisely what the Tories are saying when elected.Say we are going to cut spending on pretty much everything and force Labour into challenging this.
This is a fecking ongoing court case, why is she getting involved. Totally irresponsible.

“It is extremely important there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”
She needs some RedCafe admins and mod spadsIf only she used to be attorney general with oversight of the CPS and knew this.

Tories dropping the proposed ban on conversion therapy.
Sigh.
