There's obviously been interest in Wesley or someone else from Gill's comments and we don't seem the be getting the deal we want. It would take a drastic change in negotiations for something to happen before the end of this window, but for now - no he's not coming.

Gill said a few weeks ago we were looking to sign a world class player. Sneijder has confirmed unofficial terms and ceded that he wants to join.
Gill said "I don't think so" which actually leaves wriggle room.
Sneijder hasn't said "I'm staying at Inter..." as he said he would once he had decidedwhich leaves wriggle room.
Inter have said 'he's staying' and also 'he can leave at the right price'
Sneijder's wife has said 'I don't know the answers.." which leaves wriggle room

So I don't think you can say 100%. You can say "At this moment he's 100% not coming" because nothing's actually been agreed or signed. But that is about it.
What Gill and SAF mean is that there is nothing happening (there isn't) and they don't expect the situation to change i.e. they don't expect Sneijder/his agent/his team to accept the deal that's on the table as so far they haven't wanted to sign it.
There are still a few days left of the transfer window and I wouldn't be surprised in the least if he joined us.
