Do United get a percentage of the money from a shirt sale?
Flat rate of X million a year I heard
No matter how many/how little they sell

Deceptively quick, isn't he?
No, it feels like he is taking a lifetime.
Its really slow now. England needs to wake up. We need more news on Sneidjer.
Look mate, we rioted, which forced the Holland game to be cancelled which brought the negotiations forward apparently...We're trying alright.
Watching Cleverley and Ando's performance against City has taken the excitement out of me for this signing. It might come across as knee-jerk but I would love to see Cleverley become our midfield player rather than Sneijder.
Gibbo out, Sneijder in.
Stowell out, Upinder in.
bullshit
United absolutely benefit from shirt sales. the hordes are buying the united crest not the nike logo.
If you think United add their crest and brand to NIKE for free your mad.
Both Parties benefit from shirt sales one way or another.

I think we should start planning for the 10000th post.
I'd say it belongs to wr8, considering his immense muppeting throughout the summer. He's been absolutely fantastic in muppetry and deserves this honour.

He's earned the right on the 10,000th post to confirm the signing of Wesley Sneijder.

I don't know, but can he actually play in a midfield 2 alongside Carrick where we are going to go 4-4-2 in the majority of our league games? He has 2 DMCs at Inter and Holland to protect him while he drifts forward, and he was basically used on the left at Real
I don't think we are any closer to this than we were yesterday, last week or at any time during the summer, they didn't even mention it on Talkshite this morning and they did mention both Nasri & Modric.
All getting very boring now...lets just get the 10K out of the way shall we?
That's the spirit!

I think SAF is a bit of a tease, we've had a literally the whole summer of Sneijder rumours without anyone from the club really denying it or making direct comments on the saga.
"Sneijder staying and 'no chance for Tevez', Inter chief exec Ernesto Paolillo just told me"

Yeh, so the first person the chief exec will turn to is this random idiot off twatter?
I don't think this signing would be a bad thing for Cleverley. He'll still get games and he'll get to study one of the best in training every day. Wes in the flesh > Iniesta on DVD.
He already has a superior footballer in Paul Scholes.
