I am all about this signing, man.
unless we think the likes of Morrison and Pogba can step up to the first team, we will need another midfielder.
I think we will get another midfielder for sure.
Weren't you just implying in another thread Cleverly should be good enough?
Modric desperately wants to play for Chelsea, it hasn't happened yet, stop talking nonsense.
Mancini has denied any interest. If he was interested he'd be talking about it anywhere and evrywhere possible.
Is he really outspoken about his transfers?
Yes. Haven't you seen all the interviews he gave regarding Aguero and Nasri? Mancini wouldn't keep quiet if they were in for Sneijder.

Word from Italy is that City has made a bid.
Mancini: "Sneijder-City? No", Wesley: "L'Inter ha fatto il prezzo" - La Gazzetta dello Sport
Tottenham aren't keen on selling Modric, they overvalue his price tag, Chelsea don't want to be held hostage.
Inter want to cash in on Sneijder, they've determined an asking price that is easily reachable by all potential suitors, Sneijder wants a big fat pay check opposed to a pay cut at United.
I hope you can see the difference in the situations. Let me know if I can dumb-it-down any further for you.
It might be completely unrelated, but I've just got an e-mail from United Direct stating free 'hero' printing from the online megastore until midday Tuesday!
It's on!
no need to speculate any more did anyone see the end of fergies interview after the game?
"is there any more activity for you this summer?"
"no i don't think so"

Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder believes he is for sale - BBC
Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder says Inter Milan are willing to sell him for "the right amount".
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move to Manchester clubs United and City, although both have denied having made an approach for the player.
"All I know is that Inter need money and apparently I'm for sale for the right amount," he told Voetbal International magazine.
"I've not spoken with City or United so I cannot say anything about my future."
He added: "Next week I play with the Oranje [Dutch national side] against England and then I have five days off. I hope that then everything will be cleared up."
Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport reported on Friday that City had signed the midfielder.
City boss Roberto Mancini dismissed the reports following his side's 3-2 defeat to United in the Community Shield on Sunday.
"No," he said. "It is not true. He is an Inter Milan player. We never spoke about him."
However, the former Inter manager did state that he was looking to add to his personnel before the close of the summer transfer window.
"We need to complete our squad," said the Italian.
"We have another 23 days until the end of the market in order to achieve the target we had at the start of pre-season."
In July, United manager Sir Alex Ferguson said his club had "no real interest" in signing Dutchman Sneijder.
His comments followed reports that claimed a deal of around £35m had been agreed between United and Inter, with Sneijder accepting terms on a £190,000-a-week contract.
Sneijder scored from a free-kick at the weekend in his side's 2-1 defeat by city rivals AC Milan in the Italian Super Cup.

Right Amount...
35m... + 190k ( Same as Rooney )...
It's up to us now.
"They are a strong team, they won the Barclays Premier League and have bought four or five good players."
There's no doubt for me that he'll end up at Manchester City.
Mancini has already said he hopes to add 2/3 others, why wouldn't he be interested in Sneijder?
I'm sceptical as to why exactly Sneijder said the things he did - he could have just carried on with his "we'll see" discourse but he chose not to. Perhaps under encouragement or even instruction by whoever is interested in him?
