Oh not, not another Benzema. Remember the excitement that night when we thought we'd signed him, then he goes to Madrid. I think this would be worse.
So he didn't score many freekicks last season then? I think there were quite a few players that were better than him at the world cup.
I've seen Zarlack acting like a bit of a smartarse before so I thought I'd point out the flaw in what he was saying.
It was actually you that was the smart arse, I said he scored a great goal and you popped up from nowhere with 'oh great, how many did he score last year then' when actually he's scored the same amount of goals that our 3 CMs put together did last year.

Sometimes I wonder if having Zlatan play bigger games is a burden of teams.
No, you said wonderful free kick, it's something we lack. He was talking about goals from free kicks, not goals.
Ibra's barnet is a shocker, I always considered him really really manly.
His wife?
Given he has scored many goals in Italian derbies, this is a bit of a stupid comment.
He hasn't scored many goals in Italian Derbies though :/
I could be wrong. I know he got a pen last season I believe.
You are.

It's the combo with the tache, I just said in another thread that he looks like Jesus from The Big Lebowski
One for Milan, two for Inter. He hasn't scored many goals in Italian Derbies though :/

Well it was a wonderful free kick, and something we do lack is a proper set piece taker. That's well documented. He wasn't specific that he was enquiring about free kicks, but even if he was it doesn't matter, it's abundantly clear that Sneijder is a great free kick taker and one of the things he is known for. Maybe it's me being from Salford but when someone says 'how many did he score last season' it means goals. Which the answer was as many as our 3 CMs put together. If he meant specific free kicks then I don't know, but that's beside the point because he still scored 7 goals and is evidently a great free kick taker and will do better than Nani when taking set pieces.
I made a comment that we need a set piece taker and that his set piece was wonderful, then he pops up a sarcastic reply so I replied in kind.
Prove it.
I will one day, not now.
All I'm saying is in Italy, in the big games he wasn't the dud he is made out to be in big games in Europe.
He's got 3 goals against Inter, 2 against Milan and one against Juve in 18 games.
Not many.
Thanks, you are Statto.
So 1 in 3, in derbies. Not great, not terrible.
6 goals against big teams is usually enough for a player to shake the tag of not being a big game player though, and that's just in Italy. He scored some important goals for Barca, 2 against Arsenal if I remember right.
Not great? I doubt many central midfielders have a better record in any games, never mind derbies.

I was talking about freekicks as that is what you mentioned, though I can see why you thought goals. Asking how many freekicks he scored isn't beside the point though, not when you have said he's good at them and it's something we miss. It's actually very much relevant then.
