Out of nowhere Rooney can off a goal like that. It is still incredible how high his top level is. The things he is capable of...
Absolutely, our best player by miles, another goal and assist in just 20 minutes.
Is he the second man after Thierry Henry to reach 150 goals for a single club? If so then that is an amazing feat.
I shudder to think where we'd be this season without him. He's been magnificent.
Strange he didn't celebrate such a good goal and getting back to 2-2.

This struck me as strange too. Only explanation could be he is as pissed off as we are that we were 2 nil down after 15 minutes. Second half needs to bear fruit now.
I thought Shearer would've crossed this mark easily but not so. Had 148 for Newcastle.
It's easy to understand why the club made absolutely sure that he wasn't leaving. Just be greatful that we have a good number of real football men in high places.

Was he?
He's been quite average besides a great strike.
Seriously?
nah he had a very good gameYep, that first half anyway.

Great goal, good commitment leading to Hull's own goal. But what was with Moyes talking to him on the touchline near the end saying "swap with Danny" ? Was he complaining about playing a CM role again for the last 12 mins next to Carrick and Cleverley?
His overall game and end product are no match by any player in the league. I've never seen Rooney had a season like this before.
Really though? I dont know how anyone can say that when Suarez is in current form
Heart and soul of this team.
Overall game? Rooney is still a level above Suarez.
