Suarez does one of those kicks per game but difference is he is very clever and does it slyly as he's falling over and not in view of the ref. Rooney did it in full view of the referee because he is thick. A ref like Mike Dean would have sent him straight off.

Can't really complain if he gets a retrospective punishment but the FA are useless so they will probably let this slip.

Rooney = psychopath
Suarez = sociopath

Or maybe the reverse

Stop over reacting is Zidane a fecking idiot and a moron? or Cantona? Keane?
I'm not overreacting at all. He is a fecking idiot. You'd think he'd have learned by now. It was only last year he got sent off for the same stupid, petulant shite with England.

Let's excuse it though, because he plays for United.

And yeah, any player doing that is moronic.

They can't though can they? He was given a yellow.
I am not sure about the rules as they changed this year but I think the FA are allowed to punish players for things the ref might have missed.

So kicking someone off the ball for nothing isn't idiotic?

ChrIst.

Its wrong but no need to call him a fecking idiot moron blah blah blah when he obvioulsy gives his all in every game for us, we see elbows headbuts and kicks all the time from all sorts of players, just yesterday two players were headbutting each other in the Bayern Dortmund game, it was a red though.

He can put in 100% everyone but kicking out like that is still idiotic. We could have been down to 10 men with 80+ minutes to go.

It was a thuggish move from Rooney. Comes with the territory with him unfortunately, thankfully it doesn't happen too often any more though.

That was a moronic thing to do. Being a United player doesn't excuse him from criticism when he does something stupid.

Another assist from a set piece. How many assists from set pieces does he have this season? Four?

It was foul in him before he kicked the player, but that's no reason to do that. Could have easily costed us 3 points, what was he thinking.

And they're idiots too. What else is it, if not idiotic, to just kick someone because he's running beside you?

The guy is clearly a moron, because no matter how many times it happens he never fecking learns. We think he's turned a corner and the penny has finally dropped and then he's back doing stupid things again. He could have and should have been sent off and we'd be down to 10 men with less than 10 minutes gone.

Moronic.

If the ref sees it, it's a red card.

If he doesn't, he should give nothing. Giving a yellow is scandalous. You either see it or you don't. You can't just give a yellow to solve the problem.

Why the feck did he do it though ? It was only the 7th min and at 0-0. I thought the lunatic Rooney was well and truly dead but he still has it in him to act extremely stupidly.

Bang on. He will never change. I suspect we will get that "oh if you take that out of his game he wouldn't be the same player, blah blah" though. The ref bottled it because of who it was.

But he had a good view. I thought refs were never wrong when they had a good view?

Tbh watching the guys in midfield behind you play the 300th pass backwards, sideways or losing the ball would push me further than just kicking out on someone.

I think the referee was very lenient with that decision to give a yellow to Rooney. Nonetheless, nice to see some common sense for once and not have a referee ruin the entire match.

You have to wonder what goes through his head at times... Bizarre thing to do. Still it wasn't the most aggressive kick in the world, which is probably why he stayed on, obviously could have had no complaints had it been red though.

Common sense... Nonsense. It's a red all the time regardless of when.
