Almost a mirror image of the start of last season. 2 games in, receives nasty gash. Just bad luck.

Moyes said he could be out for a few weeks. Disappointing. He just can't get some consistency at the moment.
Moyes says he has a cut down the middle of his forehead and he'll be out for a few weeks, so out of the England games. Hopefully he can get some minutes vs Palace and ready for the Derby a week later.

Seriously though, it sounds nasty - hope he recovers well.
Indeed, every single game without fail he always ends up doing something weird, and getting hurt. Swansea he tried to head a ball literally 1 foot off the ground.

Probably worried about his stitches opening up, think he will be out for Palace and UCL game but should be back for derby day.

At least he is back to posting about United on his Facebook (or someone is for him). Maybe it's just me but, to me that's a sign for whatever his feelings were - he is now back to being focused on United and doing everything he can to be a winner with us - which we are going to need.
