If Napoli want a deal, they can swap Osimhen with Ronaldo.. both parent clubs pay the salary (we basically dont pay a loan fee for a striker) and have an option to buy.. or an obligation if he scores something like 25-30 goals ..

Paying 85% of Ronaldo's wage would be £22m, so that's valuing Osimhen at £133m. Give me Depay for £8m in that case. If Ronaldo wants to leave so bad he can take an 85% pay cut himself. We don't have to give him away, if he wants to leave he can request his contract is terminated or he can sit on the bench and get the occasional Europa League run out. People are laughing at the deal but looking at all the pieces in isolation, it would be far better for us. Never happening due to us being done in the window IMO, no chance of another big purchase. But 130m euros for osimhein is basically the going rate for a guy like that (more proven than Darwin), and getting rid of Ronaldo is a pretty important thing to do IMO. No chance we pay 85% though, more likely we have a mutual termination in some way where we pay him off a bit.
He's got much more about him than Nunez. This is exactly the type of signing that moves the needle.
