I'm so fed up of seeing that gif of Fellaini against Bayern. Seriously, it just screams of desperation on the "fans" part to hate on the guy some more.
What about Welbeck fecking up that golden chance? That was more vital in that game and it doesn't get brought up nearly as much. If he put that one in and stopped trying to be cheeky on the grand stage, maybe we wouldn't have gone out...

Why aren't garbage clubs like Stoke, West Brom, etc. at least interested in him? I wish we could just get rid of him and pretend last years misery never happened. Such a horrible signing.

Nope. I'm just being reasonable. I could bring up hundreds of embarrassing clips from even some of the so-called best players in the world. This guy is a WUM.
Unfortunately for Fellaini there is no good gifs of hime which we could post. I mean for Rooney's every missed "golden opportunity" there is another piece of skill or excellent goal that we can talk about or share. Can we do the same with Fellaini ?Nope. Rooney's corner against Uruguay anyone? Rooney's golden opportunity against Bayern in the 2nd leg? I don't see those gifs getting posted everywhere.
Oh wait, Rooney's a "Legend" and Fellaini is the worst player to ever kick a ball apparently, got it.

It's always immature to right of a player after one season, I hope he makes it here, but so far he just looks so nervous and out of place.

I agree, he was one the best players for Everton. We are discussing Fellaini because he is a United player now, He has failed so far in a United shirt.. Not in one game but almost in every game.I'm not necessarily jumping behind jason93 completely, because I do think he overrates Fellaini significantly, but to claim that Fellaini has no highlights reel moments to counteract one poor dribble is a bit too much. He was one of the best players in the league for Everton in the 2012/3 season and has done more than enough to prove himself as a good footballer, despite having one poor season in a United shirt. I'm not claiming here that he's a great player, or even that I want him at the club (which is a separate issue), but there's a grey area between 'the new Roy Keane' and 'the new Djemba Djemba' and Fellaini clearly belongs in it somewhere.

Arsenal and Chelsea were rumoured to be in for him after his 12/13 season. I could have seen him at Arsenal if Moyes didn't come here. He would be good enough for most Prem sides.Exactly. He was a good player back in his Everton days.
The fee and his wages might have something to do with it.
Didn't he get a wage rise to join from Everton? I imagine he's on 115 or 120k a week.
It was a 3 step programme that defied logic
1 how the club decided to hire moyes
2 how the club decided to pay 27M for fellaini
3 and how the club decided to give him the wages, if its 120K
Now that defies logic
Not really. Fellaini fits a certain style of play, and only that style (hoofing). He suited Everton because they used to do loads of long balls up to him. They've moved away from that style once Moyes left and now what teams in the premier league are left that suit him as a target man? Because as a midfielder, he's shit. He's just not a midfielder and lacks the basic qualities needed to be good there. So as a target man, he'd fit in at clubs like stoke and west ham.Seriously? Fellaini is way above the quality of those teams...

Two months ago I wrote almost exactly these same words, which are as true now as they were two months, but a couple posters bored a new orifice in me for daring to criticize Fellaini.
Where are these lovely chaps now?

Yeah I was saying it from before we signed him, no idea why Moyes thought he'd be good in a position he never played him. He was just blatantly nowhere near good enough and not suited to the style. Two months ago I wrote almost exactly these same words, which are as true now as they were two months, but a couple posters bored a new orifice in me for daring to criticize Fellaini.
