The guy off to his right looks like some character actor in the states that seems to be in the background of almost every political thriller I've ever seen, but I can't think of one to look him up

Huntsman is only playing for a decent job and a shot in 2016 when the repubs may have returned to sanity.

Still needs to make some sort of impact in New Hampshire for legitimacy in 2016, IMO. If he ends up making a negligible impact, it may be hard to shed the aura of a loser.

You mean like Fred Thompson last time round?

Doubt he would carry that much stink forward, but predicting presidential candidates for the next race is difficult.. little things can damage your brand.

He'll feel a whole lot better about 2016 if he doesn't absolutely fail in the one state he focuses on this time around, and I imagine potential backers would too.

Yep....Romney was robotic and coached, Ass-juice was sincere and honest. Mitt just doesn't get the blood pumping...Obama will beat him easily.

I still think Perry is crazy to be considering his position, even moreso to publically announce it which in itself is damaging.

There is so much up in the air, Gingrinch will go at him like a mentalist, Romney will have to respond and is trailing to him in the southern states whilst Santorum gets to walk about as Mr Happy Fun Guy whilst Ron Paul does his federalist papers bit, Bachman skulks around and Huntsman gets to register his New Hampshire efforts.

It is all up in the air right now, and there'll be a couple of debates over the weekend to really rub it in.

How is this even possible? If Santorum really wins, that would be fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. A Romney - Obama race could actually be slightly boring. But a Santorum - Obama race? Yes.

Yes.

That's a shame, wanted a Paul or Santorum win to make it more interesting.

why is Perry quitting crazy? he will never get the nomination..just too damaged.

Bachmann is quitting today.

Whats with Iowa? Who was it that won the caucaus last time - Huckabee?

So do they just vote the typical loony, homophobic extreme theist by default each time in that state? I mean Santorum....really?

Wasnt Gingrich leading before Christmas?
What did he do to fall so far behind? and what did Santorum do to get all these votes?
