US Politics

Murkowski's talking about getting Luther Strange (not a DC villain, it's his actual name - the person this guy beat in the GOP primary) to mount a write-in campaign. Would make for an interesting election day.

Don't think a write-in campaign will happen in support of Strange. Strange is not liked by Moore voters due to them considering him an "establishment" candidate and a McConnell lackey.

I hope Moore stays in the race and has to split the GOP vote with a write in (like Strange). The Dem will almost surely win.

Oh wow ... i dont know whats moe shocking , fact that someone said that or the fact that someone was willing to go on record to say that

the didnt have sex ...he just dated her  also Adultery in the bible means a married man having sex with a woman thats not his wife so hes covered and good with Jesus

So I guess only full penetration is adultery then?

If I remember correctly from my catholic school days, according to the bible if a man has sexual encounter with a virgin, he has to pay the bride price of 50 shekels and marry her with her father's permission. If the father doesn't permit, he has to pay a fine equivalent to the bride price.

Saw this stat a while back but just popped into my timeline again, given the current story

If he stays in the race, he will soon be called Senator Roy Moore, Republican from Alabama. I don't have any expectations of the GOP anymore, but I hope that I'm wrong.

Will be interesting to see if the GOP will push for a write-in campaign for another candidate.

Danger for them is if another GOP candidate comes into the race and gets just 10-15% of the vote, it gives Doug Jones a real shot of pulling it off.

For fecks sake. Here are some of the excuses I have heard used to defend Roy Moore in the last hour or two. All by elected officials and yes, these are all real.

The girls are all adults now.

He was single when he did it.

He was in his 20's or 30's.

They are no different to the accusations Trump faced after the Access Hollywood tapes were released (Steve Bannon)

Ugh!

This may finally get Hannity sacked

He's calling it FAKE NEWS! He's in a real war with Jake Tapper over on Twitter right now. Calling him Fake Jake and going all out defensive, however he's getting battered by some big names calling him out and saying Fox should sack him.

They left out: Old enough to bleed, old enough to breed.

Or maybe they are saving that.
