Nice job Murray.
Imagine what it's going to be like when he stops letting opponents break back after he's worked so hard. He is maturing as a thinking player but he needs to go for the kill with a bit more steely eyed determination imo.

His serve still sucks, well at least his second serve does. He will have to serve very very well to stand a chance against Nadal.

He's going to have to play the best match of his life to take three sets off Nadal. Their head to head doesn't make great reading for Murray.
In an ideal world (for me) Federer beats Nadal in the final.

Would like to see Nadal take the US Open, but ideally not against Federer in the final. I am a Nadal fan, but Federer has been a great player, and wouldn't like to see Nadal owning him for the 3rd straight grand slam.
Ideally for me, Nadal to beat Roddick in the final, but I know there's almost no chance that roddick can beat both Novak and Federer to advance to the final. I can only hope.
On a sidenote, anyone saw the robredo-djokovic match? Novak was been a drama queen and keep having injury timeouts for minor knocks, or maybe not even knocks, a sore ankle, tummy upset, thigh strain etc, to break robredo's momentum and gain some extra rest in that 5 setters. Read that he has been known to do this a couple of times, even against Federer in some davis cup deadwood match.

Saw it live. He did it only a couple of times really. not that bad. In his post game interview he did whine about the crowd cheering for Robredo more than him.
