Why do working class people vote for Torries why??? If you're wealthy then yeah it benefits you so vote for them but I don't understand why the majority of the population are doing it, probably because they can't be bothered to get up and vote.

They are going to get screwed over the next 5 years, especially the ones reliant on benefits.

Because they don't feel that Labour has the answers and opted for better the devil you know? Because the local council is crap? Because they live in rural community and Labour don't care about them anyway? *shrugs*

Conservative hold in Wiltshire in the biggest shock since a man who put his hand on a lit candle burnt his hand.

South Belfast broke the record for the lowest ever vote share for a winning candidate. The SDLP incumbent was re-elected with just 24.5% of the vote.

Adam Boulton doesn't know his sums.

They can look forward to them zero hour contracts instead then

Just seen on twitter that counting has started for my local constituency, and results due at half 6.

How the feck has it taken 7 hours to start counting?! Sunderland/Newcastle were done in less then 2 hours, and they're are far far bigger.

Perhaps they wanted to give the Lib Dems a proper burial?

Greens don't get Norwich South.

Because Ed Miliband can't eat a bacon sandwich?

UKIP have come in second in 61 seats so far. That's incredible.

I'm not surprised, they probably wanted a nap before counting.

 Adam Boulton referring to Yvette Cooper as 'Mrs Ed Balls'.

That won't go down well.

What's the betting that Charles Kennedy is drunk?

Ed's seat being called, speech will be interesting.

What about Bristol? I was trying to keep tabls on it earlier however the result was delayed.

If that actuaully swayed anybody then their ballot should be put in the spoilt pile.
if you send the first half of your post code to @bbcelectionbot on twitter they reply in about a minute with your result.
