The drunken funny thought is for all those Scots who thought they could vote SNP and have a " strong voice " in the UK, well done how is that working out for you under a Cameron DUP government. I'm not bitter though the wine is easing the pain. At least my kids are grown up so it won't cost me a dime when Cameron butchers child benefit.
it's going to feck me royally mate, nhs to be privatised, child benefit cut (although that effects my ex, not me) zero hours contracts. it's just awful to think about.

Every single person in Scotland could've voted Labour and it would still make no difference. The need for Labour voters/members to pin all of their own failures upon Scotland is getting tiring.

Just hope the Tories can avoid having the loathsome DUP in tow. My senses being dulled by Stella in cas we have a horrid left wing swing. lol Ukip in Wales.
I think they're waiting for some of Labour's must-wins to declare, so as to either support or disprove the model. In particular there are several marginals in London and the North West.
Tbh, nearly all the key marginals I saw were Tory but that was in the Telegraph tbf.

It's f*ck all to do with voting SNP. Look at your own country for why the Tories will win this.

The BBC UK map looks like the Dolan version of it.

Why are we still manually counting votes in 2015? Surely there's a better way by now? There's machines that count money. I've seen it in films about drug dealers.

The Terminator franchise has ruined our faith in technology.

George Bush and Diebold voting machines ruined peoples faith in voting machines.

That's what I was thinking. All a bit long winded.

Also I think that's it for a while with regards to a left wing Labour party as well.

A really really shit night it seems.

The Lib Dem collapse has all gone to the right and none of it to the left. That's what's done it in this election.

what about David Milliband?

He would be my preference, by far. But that would probably have to mean Ed hanging on until David gets a chance to win a by-election so he can get back into Parliament.

I didn't catch the name of the constituency but i think i just hard it reported that UKIP edged out Plaid to finsih third.

I'd love to know how many more people would vote if they could do it online. I think it'd be a significant number.

The only alternative is Andy Burnham. Possibly Chuka Umunna too, but he seems to go down among voters as a bit too smarmy.
Chuka is too smarmy - the self-styled 'Britain's Obama'. Actually, he is a fecking obnoxious cnut. Burnham might be very divisive and you'll have your traditional left/right debate. You should have gone for Alan Johnson after Blair. He is a decent guy who the undecided would have backed.

And miss out on 10+ hours of Jeremy Vine pointing and swiping at hexagons in a virtual Downing Street? Pfft.

Would Labour not go for Yvette Cooper as their new leader?

How? All the Lib Dems I know see themselves as left of Labour, I just don't get it. :(

I voted Lib Dem in 2010 because I see myself as a man of the center ground, Clegg nailed the other day when he warned Labour and Tories could drag Britain too far left or right. We need balance.
