@Locka Did you quote any of my posts? I seem to have an alert that you did but I can't find it!
I wouldn't mind federalism in the long-term. I like devolution up here, but as you've said yourself in the past, it's not fair that England don't have any at all.
It would certainly be a negative for me, not sure what others will think though.
