UEFA Champions League Round of 16 - 4/3/25 - 12/3/25

Funny how In the space of 2 weeks you can have 2 completely different performances. I guess being at home changes the way you play
A lot of teams just seem to get intimidated in these second legs at Anfield. We've seen it many times under Klopp as well.

Trash goal to concede and we've been the better side so far. Second time in as many games Alisson has had a mix up with a CB.

Liverpool getting knocked out the same day we announce the countries biggest stadium would be perfect.

He doesn't actually play on the wing though. He's more of a second striker than anything, which is part of why he's playing so well. Was a good move by Xavi this, Flick's all out attack style turbocharged it
He's not stuck to the wing for sure, he moves around but a lot of the times he starts his runs from there. Like I said, these players don't exist anymore

PSG deserve to be through just by the first leg but so wasteful. Hopefully they defend well here

Barcola FFS. Picking up from last week. That wasn't even a good save, rather a piss poor finish again.

Surely they can’t weather the storm all night again? PSG are slicing through them. They are comfortably the better side.

He's most definitely not just a straight up second striker. He might not be a touchline hugging winger but he spends a lot of time drifting off that left.

The commentators on my feed had their genitals constantly out at Liverpool, their fans and Anfield prior to the goal. They sound like they have attended a funeral ever since.
