Mourinho is jealous of LvG's list of clubs. Or in another words, he's jealous that LvG got the job he allegedly been dying for. 
I followed him last summer as we were heavily linked with Cesc/Thiago - Spanish journo who posts a lot. Haven't really assessed how good he is yet. Time will tell.

He's actually Brazilian, not Spanish. And based in Brazil, though a Barca fan. He's a freelance journalist but must have some 'in' with Barcelona as he gets quite a lot right about them, and a few other Spanish football titbits but not much.
Absolutely no mention of the word 'try' in any of van Gaal's quotes. Just a completely different mindset.
He's quite insightful and a good journalist to follow even if his contacts don't exactly stretch far, but he's so, so biased. Always having digs at Madrid and never giving them or Ronaldo any due credit.
