Thank God you are not in charge Sata then as Evra has been a liability for a couple of seasons now.
We'll need experienced defenders. Evra is one and only so far but that shouldn't block any new transfers we have in mind in that department. Plenty of space for additions after Rio's & Vida's departure.
I would love to keep Evra around. If we signed Shaw then he could learn a lot from Evra, and it would be good to keep a big character in the squad. Needs to only be a back up if he stays though.
If Shaw arrives and Evra stays, maybe convert him to left wing? Those two on the left would look great

I'm not sure who you mean to go left wing out of the two but I disagree with both options!
Shaw at left back with Evra ahead of him = Evra not being dynamic enough, not able to carry the ball too well or take on defenders and not a good enough end product.
Evra at left back and Shaw ahead of him = Same trouble of Evra at left back as we have had all season, the difference being that he'll have Shaw ahead of him to help him out defensively. My main issue with that being that we're fecking Man United and already suffer miserably from having a winger on the right who is more concerned with not losing the ball than he is with actually doing something with it.

If Sanchez was on the market it would be baffling not to go for him. We could do with a wide player, and he's one of the better ones kicking around.

Alexis would be ace. Pedro would probably work too. A player who isn't neccessarily the most talented, but the most effective in a system. Very intelligent and very Muller-like.
Those kits could have been nice had the logo not used the gold. It ruins the entire kit.

Nike should forget those awful kits with buttons and collars. All we need is a simple red kit with the badge and the logo. Is it just me who hate collars and buttons on kits..

I only thought it was a good idea because Evra has the best delivery out wide in our squad out of the fullbacks and natural wingers. If we got in a good LW then I wouldn't care where he goes
Their fans are all expecting big name signings. It would be great if Wenger goes all typically frugal and brings in Milner, Remy and Aurier/Richards.

@MkPaul is that Rafael Hernandez guy meant to be reliable? Are Barca expecting to have the transfer ban next year and trying to get all their moves in now or why such a big clear out? Clear-outs usually mean good prices too. Fabregas, Alexis, and Pedro would all be good signings. Sergi Roberto is meant to be highly rated too and if we aren't going to get Marco Reus then Sergi and Isaac Cuenca are from Reus so that's like close enough right.
I think he's implying it will be a lower 'official' transfer fee and then maybe Etihad will give Porto a big sponsorship or something.
