No way. He's one of the most interesting current/ex footballers because he doesn't just reel out clichés. He's very individual and won't just go with the general consensus. The world would be far more interesting with more people like him.
I didn't realise how funny he was, to be able to appreciate his personality you need to really be able to appreciate dry English humour, something the Americans don't tend to do.
