Some rumours that Arsenal have agreed terms over Loic Remy transfer. He's pushing for the move to Arsenal, as I suggested last week #AFC

Well done to @ManUtd for remembering @CH14_ birthday on Twitter. Yaya Toure will soon be linked with a move to Old Trafford!!#MUFC #MCFC

 never gets old with the birthday jokes.

You posted a daily mail link.. De Telegraaf have been the most reliable with LvG
I also posted tweets from a Dutch Journalist about Van Gaal and his targets with De Telegraaf being the source.

If Van Gaal presses ahead with the Strootman signing it will be because the Dutch medical team have given him assurances about his recovery.

Schweinsteiger and Strootman as our central midfield targets is very risky, one has suffered a major injury and the other suffers with recurring niggling injuries. Hummels is probably the least likely to leave from Dortmund this summer, and from what I've heard on here - Konoplyanka isn't anything special. Hmm.
Konoplyanka is a brilliant player who will make us a real threat, we haven't had a player like him on the wing since Ronaldo left.

If we got those four players mentioned in De Telegraaf, plus Shaw, I personally think that'd be a very good summer's work in the transfer market for us.

If we wait another week, we'll have £250m to spend.
By the end of the WC, we'll have enough to sign Messi and Ronaldo

You're seriously overrating him. He still plays like the promising youngster he was at 21, and hasn't made any visible progress despite playing in a low-quality league which he should be tearing to pieces if he was actually as good as you claim. Last season was the first in which he's scored 10 or more goals, and as far as I can tell (stats are pretty hard to track down for this) he only provided 2 assists.

Give it a further month & we'll have as much as Rooney's supposed to be earning each week.

I think Van Gaal will target more players and will get rid of some of squad players.

He would be absolutely brilliant for us, I hope we sign him then I will reply to your post.

Come on, let's get this done. It will be worth it alone just to laugh at the smug gooners who think we've fallen from grace.

Nah, can't see us getting Cesc at all.

We won't that would be the best summer in the history of football.

Three or four of them, with a couple of others on top, would be a step in the right direction for us though. I certainly think Shaw, Strootman and Koloplyanka might be attainable. The other two might be too difficult to prise away.

You're right, but i don't see Dortmund sell Hummels and Schweini wanting to leave Bayern.

Are Marca reliable? The article says Chelsea are our main competitors>I doubt he would go there given his past with Mourinho and being Arsenal's London rivals. We have also reportedly offered higher wages than them.

Marca are not reliable

This can't be right because PeteStorey says "Cesc is coming home..." and Pete is never wrong.

Also, this City nonsense, to replace Toure is a bit of a wild card. They won't know if Toure is staying until after the WC and by that time I bet Fabregas' future is sorted.

Different type of player for me too. Toure's power and strength in there adds a hell of a lot to that City side.

Wasn't expecting that. With Arsenal and United seemingly ruling themselves out, City must be the clear favourites now.

Have we seen either officially or even close to official, ruling themselves out. Have I missed something?

If Arsene rules out moving for him, I wouldn't take that as gospel. He's done it plenty, and then signed a player. Like Fergie, he'd even declare "No more deals" and then there he was, signing a player. Then again, the source of this is a newspaper and not even Wenger himself.

He's exactly what Chelsea need. Given that he seems fond of London, wages/fee won't be an issue, they need a replacement for Frank and Utd/Arsenal not being interested it makes a lot.of sense.

If I was a tabloid hack, its the story I'd be spinning anyway!

Fabregas and Schweini would be brilliant business. Make it happen and i will never moan about transfers again for 6 months

Where have United ruled themselves out? An article up there says we're bidding €40m, sounds to me like we're trying to put ourselves at the start of the queue.

Sorry, but I don't believe we're not interested. If Arsenal don't want him, we surely stand a great chance.
