If its true we are in discussion with Inter over Nani, id expect Guarin will come the other way.

Stop talking about it, it's Tancredi, he shouldn't be posted in here, I could host a fake website with ITK info and chances are, he'll RT it within the hour, especially if I mention something about my sources being Italian.. He's just a boy.

Truth be told, there are several stories I have heard first from Tancredi that I hear in the media later on. Just that nobody really gives a shit about those deals so little credit is given. Stuff like Guarin/Vucinic swap negotiations, Mitroglou to Fulham, Taarabt to Milan, Osvaldo to Saints, Zaccardo to Fulham, Essien to Milan and a whole bunch of other random shit I've seen from him, then a few days later 'Sky Sources understand...'

I have my pinch of salt at the ready, but I don't dismiss what he says. I guess you wouldn't get it unless he has been responsible for you winning £180 on Osvaldo joining Southampton by betting at 25/1 a month before the deal happened I suppose

I'd find him a bit more credible if he didn't preface each tweet with 'biff bang pow!' or whatever.

Well tbf to Tancredi, Di Marzio is also reporting the same.

2 and a bit days left until this thread (and the tweets only thread) will more or less go back into hibernation until late Spring.

 More than understand mate, Tancredi FTW.

So we fight tooth and nail to keep Nani and give him a 5 year deal only to loan him out in Jan. Makes sense.

I think its bollocks.

Why are we getting rid of Nani when he signed a 5 year contract a few monts ago? Young and Valencia might have been decent yesterday, but one decent game doesn't hide the fact that they've been consistently shit since forever. Surely Nani deserves a chance to prove he has a place in the team when Valencia has been inexplicably starting every game?

I'd rather he stayed over the other two, but really couldn't care less which of the three of them left at this stage. I'm tired of making excuses for them, they haven't been good enough for long enough here. Nani has it in him, but that's not much good to us if he's not doing it on the green. And yes, I'm aware he was good in 2010 or whenever.

At least 2 of that three should be gone by the summer. As long as Valencia is one of that two, I couldn't care less which other.

Point in fact for me is this...

Nani, Valencia, Young and I'll include Kagawa have all played pretty crap recently, on their best day, I can see Nani being the best player with Kagawa not far behind, point is, I think they are both a bracket above Val/Young, I wouldn't mind getting rid of several players, I think we have a lot of "maybe" players, such as Welbeck, Clev etc

Kagawa shouldn't be mentioned anywhere near the others. Valencia and co have been given consistent runs in the side in their best position. Kagawa has barely played back to back games in his strongest position and has constantly been shunted out onto the left in a system that doesn't come anywhere close to getting the best out of him.

Nani would be a good signing for Inter, wouldn't put money on it happening though.

Why shouldn't Kagawa be mentioned? He's been here a season and a half? It's a fact he has played back to back games and has had plenty of opportunities in his favourite position, it's tired clichés.

Nani would be a very good signing for Inter, especially as they're in Serie A, he would excel.

I think his main problem is that he has a face you just want to punch.

Liverpool and Arsenal both sending delegations to Ukraine and Germany for Konoplyanka and Draxler respectively. Not sure how to embed tweets, but it's on SSN anyway.

No, the tired cliche is people trying to claim he's been given chances in his proper position when the reality is, he's barely been given a run of games in that position. Valencia has been given season after season of being a constant regular on the right wing. Young had plenty of the same on the left. Go fecking look at the stats, they don't lie, Kagawa was flipped flopped nonstop, then taken out of the team, then put out left, then had a game through the middle, back to being dropped, back out left and so on. Players suffer when they don't get a proper run of games and their confidence begins to drop, it's not just Kagawa it's happened to.

He shouldn't be mentioned anywhere near the others.

FC Copenhagen have confirmed the club are close to agreeing a deal to re-sign striker Andreas Cornelius from Cardiff City. Cornelius has yet to score in 11 appearances for Cardiff, and has not started a Premier League game either, since joining from Copenhagen in a £7.5million deal last summer.

Now that's a flop.

Don't get why he isn't getting more time....? He's only 20. It would be laughable if he ends up becoming really good.

Yeah, but will they recoup what they spent?
Apparently they are looking at making a £5m loss on him. From the sounds of it he's been poor but seems ridiculous to make that loss on him when he's still so young. Loan him out if anything surely.

Ole said Cornelius has the potential to be a Man United player after a game between Molde and Copenhagen a year and a half ago. Surprised he's giving up on him.

Yeah, it seems like madness. Maybe his wages are too big a burden. Medel is on high wages but at least he's performing well for them. A loan that covers his wages or a loan fee would seem more logical. If they are really willing to take a 5m loss on a player who cost them 7.5m 5 months ago than it probably means that he's pretty shite.

I'm having visions of newspaper headlines. David's Deutsch Duo - United snap up Kroos and Reus in record breaking deadline day. Make it happen Moyesie.

Despite this, with Cabaye gone today as well, it seems they've weaken quite a bit.

Not sure if a signing from the 1920s is what they need right now. On the plus side he may play with a moustache and wear really long shorts.

They always seemed very fast in those days as well. At least on film.

Howard Nurse. Such a safe idiot, usually ages later than everyone else.
