Next season we'll most likely finish top 4 and be back in the CL. Whilst we were winning the league or fighting hard, Arsenal were celebrating 4th place as a huge victory, and have won 9 trophies (inc Community Shield) in 14 years compared to our 19 (inc Fifa Club World Cup). Yet Arsenal can sign 2 admittedly world class players and some top prospects? I think it all boils down to the fact that Woodward just isn't willing to pay what is needed, and will try to get as much knocked off as possible, or just leave it until the last minute hoping the other club caves in and accepts our offer. He should have learnt from last season that just doesn't, and won't ever, work.
