We'll soon find out either way. 2 weeks left now.
You clearly don't know what it takes to prepare a bid.Vidal is for sale, Benatia is for sale and Di Maria is certainly for sale. Shame that we aren't on the market though.

Not true there is no apologyAn apology for transfer bullshit? That's gotta be a first.
I'm not all that keen on the players you listed but I agree that LvG is likely to go young and not De Jong who is nearly 30 and surplus to requirements at City 3 years ago, he said he doesn't buy short term so the stop gap idea is a no go IMO.

Apart from Benatia who else was available? We knew we needed CBs but still chose to wait all summer. Yes LvG, it only takes 24 hours to sign a player, it does, if there are any decent ones left.
Good lad.Really??? He said there was a spare seat in the stands next to him and his dad and that is where Nani should've been.

If those 3 players go somewhere else this window then the fans will go crazy. If a team don't want to sell, fair enough, but if they are signaling that they are available we should be in for them.Vidal is for sale, Benatia is for sale and Di Maria is certainly for sale. I don't get what we are waiting for... The deal for PSG was over about a month ago!!
Does anyone here thinks that SAF would've done more business by now re: transfers?
I doubt it. I actually think we'd only have Shaw ATM if SAF were still here.
Draw me like your french girls.
Out of everything here I hope this is bloody true.
I wonder if LvG made them perform poorly to convince the Glazers to buy him some players. Conspiracy.

That's a bit random. That Steve Nicol is such a cnut...
Only logical explanation is that they simply won't pay the asking price. I mean Van Gaal named him specifically and that we don't have a player like him.
apparently we've sealed the rojo deal for for 16mil + nani on year long loan...steep price for a nobody. but its goal.com saying this. so i would take it with a pinch of salt.
why not 'andow'? surely his time is up and he's less valuable than nani.If it means getting rid of Nani, thats a bargain.
Well obviously. But in all seriousness that performance highlighted that we need players. We weren't terrible, but we weren't top 4 standard either. You must be joking..
Might depend on wages. If Nani is on more then he's wasting more resources while being equally as useless to us. Though i don't think he was awful against Valencia, we have a lot of mediocre midfielders right now. All that said, it's also down to what the other club we're negotiating with actually wants.why not 'andow'? surely his time is up and he's less valuable than nani.
Why 'apart from Benatia'?Apart from Benatia who else was available?

That much has to be true. Just hope we don't have one of those stupid Fellaini plans the Moyes talked about last season. Like if we wait for deadline day we will get him for cheaper.
I can see Blind defining van Gaal's reign if you get him.The Fellaini deal will repeat itself with Blind this year. Another plan D, just because Woodward couldn't get the job done. If Van Gaal were so keen on Blind, he'd be a United player since a few weeks. Same that we thought about Fellaini last year.
Not sure, what you're implying with this post, my question still stands. Why 'apart from Benatia'?

well thats the whole point of being a good negotiator isnt it? If Fiorentina could take him on loan then why not sporting. nani can be used in a bigger deal especially if he gets more playing time next week. why should we pay sporting so much money for an unproven player?I don't think you'd be able to flog him off to Tamworth let alone another pro club. He'll be a free agent with no club next year.
