tbf to Muniain he's actually a big game player and tends to produce his best football against the best opposition. He's simply not worth 30m at present though.
As for the players you listed. Reus won't be available this Summer, I'd be amazed if Monaco sold Rodriguez (they don't need money). Only Sanchez and Robben are realistic targets, I haven't seen enough of Depay to make a good call on him. LvG would know if he's worth taking or not.

Good business by Athletico that, will keep them competitive. Now with some smart signings they could begin a defense of the title. Jackson Martinez, Chicharito and Mandzukic should be players they look at to replace Costa.

€6m is of course Benfica's cut of Garay's transfer. They only own 40% of his rights. Real Madrid own 50%. Third-party 10%. €15m in total.
Total price Zenit are paying for Garay is €15m.

I thought Liverpool were in pole position.
£12m yeah, was in the last year of his contract so it was never gonna be a massive fee but still, great price for him.
Even if they were they won't be now the rat has destroyed his big summer move.
My cynical view is that Liverpool need a good news story in the press and this is theirs.
That's just assumed because people are saying they'll get Alexis as part of the Suarez to Barca deal.
