I think this quote has been taken out of context from the above La Tercera article. Hernandez's dad/agent is talking about there being news soon on his son's future. Not Vidal's.
If we can't get at least £20m for him then this is the best course of action. Win win for all parties, and Juve won't look like mugs to their fans.
The 'news soon' is about Hernandez not Vidal, context. Read the article. Says he knows nothing about a swap deal.

I assume the Shaw injury will step up our interest in Blind/Rojo. One of those needs to be signed ASAP, before we lose another defender.
We definitely accumulate a lot throughout the year, but Arsenal tend to have a few too. Theirs tend to be long term though, Diaby, Walcott, Oxlade etc... It's definitely between our sides.
