I actually think there is more of a chance of getting Di Maria than Vidal at this point.
We are one of the he very few clubs that can afford him and that he would view as prestigious enough to join.

To be fair from what van Gaal said it seems all deals were put on hold until after the tour so he could assess the squad. It's only bee a week and since we've been back and already seeing signs of movement.
Maybe just pulled timing forward a bit, I'm not actually sure what he said, whether he said it was a transfer or not, just seems a coincidence
Surely he's assessed the squad by now. Yeah hopefully things will hot up, has felt a seriously long window this year.
