Who is Nereo Barbieri?
Who is Nereo Barbieri?
Only thing i'd change is that Rooney probably would play left, Di Maria right. Kinda like Robben/Ribery does it, winger able to cut in while FBs stretch the field wide and run past the winger to attempt crosses and stretch the defense.
And as i wrote in another post here: I think LvG will work towards playing 4-3-3, but it'd most likely be too many changes to cope with in one summer, why i think he'll play the 3-5-2 to utilize what we currently have, while he brings in players that he knows will fit his style of play moving forward.
In regards to @RedBistro's team, it's extremely unbalanced. Cuadrado at right back (??) with only 2 midfielders, neither of which is a holding player and Rooney playing out wide? Doesn't do it for me.
Thing is, we're just not going to sign Di Maria so there's not much point shoe-horning him into potential lineups.
One bad season and people start talking like we are nothing. Cuadrado will reject the chance to play at United to stay at Fiorentina
Who the feck is this moron anyway?
'Where Cuadrado always has his breakfast'
As far as I'm aware, Cuadrado is a winger. People have been suggesting he could play right wing back but I have no reason to think he is or has ever been played as a right back?I was trying to squeeze all 4 names into a team, didn't say it would work Cuadrado can play RB, RWB, RM and Striker/Forward AFAIK.
I think Di Maria is almost on a par with Cavani rumours at this stage to be honest, mainly because I can't see where we put him. The only thing is I'd love to see him join and find a place for him, Cavani? Meh!
We wouldn't be bidding on a player who would reject us. You put out feelers first to ensure they'd be happy to actually join. So I think his statement is garbage considering how far along we seem to be in terms of the Cuadrado bid.
What the feck?
Are people really believing that?

Where/when would that have been out of curiosity? He has actually played full back too, but yes he is predominantly a winger

I didn't doubt that he can/has played wing back. I was originally questioning whether we'd ever consider using him as a right back in a back four, which I don't think we would! He's played right wing back for about 2 seasons Walsh. He's only recently moved to right forward as Fiorentina changed their formation (since doing so his goal/assist ratio has gone up hugely.
While I do love the amusement provided by breakfastownah2000, yeah, it is getting slightly ridiculous.Honestly people should take a fecking look before rushing in to post people's tweets.

I believe this is him.Nereo Barbieri wants to promote his own barbecue.
