It's really annoying we seem to have no one on the forum who's subscribed to Redissue or UWS, or at least no one prepared to update us on what they're reporting.

Because:

A) we spend £10 for the Info so why should we make it available to those who dont pay? And

B) if we did make it available for free the sources of such info will stop divulging. This place isnt exactly discreet

Ignore the Moyes photoshop but look at the difference between the clubs press conference rooms

What's worrying is it's not like they have been signing replacement's, it's all great that this summer has shown they have a great academy and there profit margens are huge but it would be a disaster for them to be relegated next season considering how far they have come in the last few years.

I seem to recall Moyes had a ginger hard-on for Cavani since last winter - thats where the links come from. Moyes had more scouts on the go than friggin Robert Baden-Powell ever had..

He wanted to sign Cavani, because Moyesy, Jimmy & Stevey apparently didnt care too much with RvP's attitude to running 40km with a 30kg rucksack at 3am every morning - before training began..

To be fair to Moyes, RvP has form for being unfit and unable to play and then becoming more hardy when it suits him. Clearly they didn't get on and that may be Moyes fault but RvP spent swathes of time injured at Arsenal but suddenly became reliable in a contract year thereby landing a big move.

I am not bothered about Rio leaving.

Vidic leaving for me was more annoying as I think he has a lot to offer and would have been great to have at the club still.

But if those rumours of Rio leaking the teams are true then I'm glad he has gone.
Genuinely think if Moyes was sacked in January that Vidic would have stayed another year.

How much do you think Cavani is actually worth man - £25m.. less?

Its braindead for PSG to think, that because they overpaid on Cavani (with blood money) thats its his true valuation now..

Considering his age, and the fact he doesn't seem to be too crucial to PSG and they seem to be looking to offload him. I would say £25-30m would be about right. He was never worth what PSG paid for him.

I could be wrong but I think like Evra he was after two years contract extension, I am sure I read it somewhere. Just like Evra we refused to extend his contract and he left.

Doesnt say anything about Rio leaking it, but i'm guessing you're saying he was the leak to yer man McDonnell?

Interesting comment from some chick called Emma Dribble - who looks like the egg-man:

"It looks like YOU sir have lost.. Now jog on.. Daily Mirror, bunch of ..!!!!s...."

Whats with this fascination of telling someone to "jog on"? Its hardly the most insulting thing to say to someone.. Gobshite!

Mitten said he regretted moving once Moyes was sacked.

Vidic that is.

I'm not slagging him off, I just keep seeing comments that obviously means he wanted to stay, Giggsy wanted him to stay etc. Leave it for your next book and just get on with playing for QPR. I get the impression if Giggsy was made manager we'd have a serious sentimental old boys situation going on this year.

Totally man. Sure we had that in his 4 games in charge - apart from when he played Wilson & Lawrence in Hull home game.

I would be less worried about Giggs, and more worried about the "class of 92" being his only coaching staff.

Let's be honest the club need to move forward, and as legendary as those players are for us they are not top coaches. The Giggs documentary are all you need to see to realize how close we came to that. Pretty scary to be honest how they picked the team!.

It's all worked out for the best, and Giggs will be older and wiser when it's his turn. He won't need friends to help pick.

I agree..

Out of curiosity, would "chocolate chip comments" be talking utter shite?

Either that, or would be comments that appear to throw a couple of tidbits in there, but upon closer inspection, they just melt...kinda like any journalist's comments about Vidal!

I'm not sure the interest in De Vrij was particularly real after all, given we've let him join Lazio.

I think if we wanted him, we'd have got him.

Probably not interested in De Vrij because LvG sees him as a right-sided defender. Hence the preference for Vermaelen.

Think the ideal defence in his mind is Evans - Hummels - Vermaelen

I hope not. Far too slow for a three back.
