Only thing I have a problem with is the smoking.
He's on vacation and should have fun - but surely your body should be treated as a temple when you're a professional sportsman.
My friend met Ox in Marbella last week and offered to buy him a drink, and he replied "no, no i'm in training but thank you"

If this was Rooney in the pics....

What?!?! Wasn't it his agent that said Vidal "is close to joining MUFC" in some Chilean newspaper and then there was Vidal himself saying "I'd only join a club with a significant history and there's only one big club in England that has that"

He did say he is leaving things up to his agent, wait and see, who wouldn't want to play for a massive club etc.

Never mentioned anything about significant history.

Hmm, I always thought that L'Equipe were reliable with PSG news. Also, apart from AS , I don't see any other outlet saying its a done deal. AS are not the mot reliable either. They said the same regarding us and Miranda. Cadena ser and cope are the most reliable IMO.

Jack Wilshere is such an overrated knob jockey.
These pictures will come to haunt Jack if he gets injured early on. He might then struggle to get back into that Arsenal side. He just seems to be another player who might not quite live up to his early potential. That might be one of the reasons England have done so badly, too many players who think they are already great and don't want to work and work to improve even more.

Spanish publication Sport breaking the news that Khedira to Arsenal is a done deal for a £23m fee. 4-year contract. #AFC becoming Germany.

Becoming Germany apart from their really top players (Schweinsteiger, lahm, Neuer, Muller), obviously...

Its not as simple as that. AS and Marca are very much Madrid papers - they will publish stories that are either factual regarding Madrid, or serve a purpose for the club. MD and Sport are Catalan papers and serve the same purpose for Barca.

Dont trust either when it comes to the "other" side if you know what i mean.

We are behind arsenal and Chelsea so far this window, yet we were the team who needed to strengthen the most. We need to be very active in the next month.

Completely agree. His attitude was always going to let him down.

Khedira doesn't worry me because he's not a DM.
He gives them genuine bite and aggression through midfield, where Arsenal are infamous for being soft as soggy tissue when the going gets tough.

He could prove to be an excellent signing for them.

They are making real strides in this window. If they get a top class striker and CB in, they've every reason to expect a genuine title and CL push next season.

Don't be so cocky, he'll make a fantastic signing for Arsenal.

--------- Khedira --- Ramsey --------

Sanchez ------- Ozil ---------- Santi Carzola

------------- New Striker? ------------

That's jizz worthy.

Not to mention that if they need it they can throw on Walcott and the Ox to burn up some tired defenders in the last 20 minutes. If they can get someone who can hit 25-30 goals a season then they're immense. Only problem for them is they do look a bit fragile at the back.

Difficult to see where Wilshere fits in, TBH.

We could very well sign 2 top quality players but if not, I can't see us surpassing Chelsea arsenal and city. It'll be us and Liverpool fighting for 4th I reckon. Arsenal are looking very strong, and if they get a prolific striker I can see them pushing all the way for the title.

Khedira/Sanchez/Ozil reeks of Wenger seeing the end coming soon for him at Arsenal (and that is probably by choice). Sort of like Sir Alex signing Van Persie - feck the kids, I want to win right now.

Another thing is that Arsenal are now starting to look like a strong squad as well. That's been an Achilles heel for them for years and they're fixing that, too.

For once, they're making good on their word of having money to spend.

So did Flamini? Arteta isn't passive too.

Arsenals problem is Wenger. And Khedira is a box to box player, Alonso and Schweinsteiger do all the dirty work alongside him. So I don't see how'd that help them defensively.

Khedira will be key for them as Water carrier in midfield in big games, if this move reports are true.

Other than that he is a good player, not among the top mids.

Won't surprise if Maureen hijacks this. Or Vidal. :nervous:
