Reus' buyout clause only comes into affect next summer apparently.

Till then Dortmund can demand anything and he won't wanna leave plus he's injured now though Reus' injury is not that major.

Cause he's badly injured. Same thing with Strootman.

Strootman's injury is more serious than Reus'. Though both will be factors with a good medical will be less a risk with Reus.

I don't see us getting di Maria Just a feeling I have. I think he will go psg

Then good riddance. Rejecting us in favour of PSG (no disrespect intended as they are a great club but in a shite league) will show exactly the type of character he is.

From what I've heard there is a good chance Reus is joining Bayern Munich next year. But I agree with you, Di Maria is very good but not THAT good. Don't understand why we didn't bid/fight for Sanchez. Would've been great.

Reus has said, the only reason he'd leave his hometown club Dortmund, is to join Barca. He wont go near Bayern..

He's also said this:

"I wish luck to Lewa and Gotze, but Bayern will never have me. Money is not everything.."

Dont know why we didnt bid for Sanchez either, but there better be a good reason for it. Sanchez is proper United material..

Err very much doubt that's real mate.

Sulia is shit like Reddit with quotes plucked out of thin air. Look at the article's author : 8Fact Troll Football

If Onda Cero is reporting that based on their sources, then this is positive. But if this is just based on CNN which came from fecking metro, then nothing to see here.

Did they not report something about Di Maria which they based on a CNN report? Or am I wrong?
You're right.

Fake quote.

A few reports from the Chilean media today about Arturo Vidal possibly going to Man United. Both La Tercera and El Mercurio have stories.

El Mercurio's front page today: "Manchester United offer many millions for Vidal, but wants to see his knee first"

Apologies for that boss... Should've known better.

But is there a thread where one can post general football videos/ vines ?

Probably not, but you can start one if you think it merits a thread. We're encouraging posters to start new threads rather than (for example) bump old threads or have excessive mega threads. Feel free to start one.

Ok. Thanks.

Marquinhos, Cavani, Rabiot and Pastore could be leaving. That's about £90 Million in transfer fees and a lot in wages.

EDIT - Although, PSG let Alex go already, so if Marquinho does go, they will have to sign another CB (or just keep Marquinhos).

It would be alot more than £90m man. Maybe closer to £120m for that lot i reckon..

Anyway, they'd be mental to sell Marquinhos after the shambles of Luiz at the WC - £50m ffs

So are these reports implying that we want to look at his knee before we submit an offer? Would we not just check it when he's having a medical?

Its says the fee is already more or less agreed, but we haven't put in a "formal" offer yet.
Also you would check on the knee before you announce they player is flying in for a medical which everyone will pick up in the press

No. See Valdes medical fail. You would get opinions from professionals who have worked with him recently then judge from there. Medical should confirm you suspicion/diagnosis

El Mercurio mention that a representative from Man United will meet with Beppe Marotta, Juve director, next week to offer him $61m + Nani.

Sorry...will do!

You should start a thread encouraging folk to start a thread man..

Heck, i'd even start a thread - in appreciation of your thread to encourage others to start a thread & they could all start a thread appreciating my thread, that appreciates your thread of encouraging threads to be started..

Sorry - couldnt resist man

What if his knee is permanently crocked? You want to make sure the player doesn't have any chronic problems or we'll end up buying another Hargreaves.

To sum what El Mercurio are saying; United want Vidal and are willing to offer plenty of money, but they are concerned about his knee injury
