Yes, he will resume his normal role. Phil's future is up in the air.I thought it had been reported that Nicky was still going to work with the kids?

Good man.I will not be posting transfer speculation from the Daily Express or Daily Star

Daily Telegraph: Newly promoted Premier League side Leicester City have made a record £7.5m bid for Brighton striker Leonardo Ulloa
It's Seattle fecking Sounders and Xavi. It was deliberately condescending.Completely serious, he is getting old and it was very apparent the last 1-2 seasons with Barcelona. To fit him into the team we would have to completely change the style and formation and I'm not sure we have the personnel to play in a system that would get the best out of Xavi. I am of the opinion that completely changing a team to get the max out of a player on the decline for two years or so is a mistake, I would rather build for the future.
I am not saying he is not good enough by any means, despite getting older. He is by far better than anything we have or anything in the league I just don't think it would be a great move for the team as a whole. Your post is condescending which is a bit odd as you probably don't know much about the Sounders or the system they play so to assume you would know better than someone that watches almost every one of their matches is ridiculous.
It would be akin to trying to stick a big powerful midfielder that is not very good technically in for Barcelona at the height of their tiki-taka football, it doesn't mean that player is not good enough it just means he is not a good fit for that system. Surely you can understand that?
Well that wouldn't be at all surprising. Also, a nice cop-out for Woody and the Glazers.
Metro are reporting we've agreed a £150,000 a week contract with di Maria
A 'cop out' doesn't imply a set up.A bit of an elaborate ruse, no? How do they set that one up?
PSG are taking the piss out of FFP. Disgusting. They don't scout players, they just sit there and wait and watch who other teams are going for, then gazump them.Wow, who saw that one coming.

If PSG pay outrageous money, after tax and the player wants to go there, what can we do? Hopefuly he will realise it is a phenominally poor league.A 'cop out' doesn't imply a set up.
I wont be posting anything from Metro again
There is nothing in Marca today about Di Maria agreeing terms with Manchester United. This is getting silly from the Metro now.
All of these newspapers are just as bad as eachother, maybe for the exception of The Guardian, The Independent and anything written by Ducker for The Times, Mitten for MEN or Ogden for The Telegraph.
I wont be posting anything from Metro again
I'm sure they willThey'll be gutted.
What?! He's gonna be a Pilot or an Astronaut??
Either way, his future wont be in commentary thats for sure. What an atrocious decision by the BBC to get him signed up. Never heard anything as boring as that lad in all my life. It doesnt bare thinkin about his coaching abilities & how he gets his message across in training.
Not to mention him insisting in being referred to as "Philip" instead of "Phil" to gain more respect. What a muppet![]()

O'Neill was on ITV. Rio, Seedorf and Henry were good. Gary Lineker is good, better than watching Adrian Chiles touching Fabio Cannavaro on the leg every five minutes.I have no idea what the BBC's criteria is for a football pundit. It's like they've hand-picked the worst panel possible. The only one worth listening to during the WC was Martin O'Neill. The RTE panel is miles better, and that's saying sumthin'. At least they're amusing at the worst of times. Dumphy, however opposing his opinions are, is very intelligent.
